Here we go with another Christmas selection, this is very simple but I bet
there is lots you can do with this picture when you are finished. It is such a cute
picture I had to use it somewhere

Let's begin
Make a folder for your selections, please do not put them in your PSP selection folder..
it will fill it up too much
Open a canvas 450x450 transparent...In this tut please use whatever colours
you wish I am just going along with the colours the painter of this picture used...
1)Add a new layer....name it middle body body.. selections...load from disk...middleboady...flood fill ...
selections>invert...effects...3Deffects...drop shadow...with these settings..
Do a 3D drop shadow effect once again changing the -1 to 1....selections...select none
From now on the drop shadow
will be the same all the way through except we will change colours
Add a new layer...name it middle collar....selections...load from disk..middle collar...flood fill with white..
selections...invert...add a drop shadow,,,same settings but change the colour to #C0C0C0...repeat the drop shadow..
changing the 1 to -1 ...selections>select none...go to effects...eye candy 3000...
using these settings...
If you want the fur more furry, just repeat the eye candy once again
Add new layer name it face...selections...load from disk...middleface...open
the middle face ...edit...copy,,, edit>paste into selection...select none...
Add new layer...name it middle hat... selections...load from disk....middlehat...
flood fill...selections>invert... effects ...drop shadow colour...black...
and re peat the drop shadow changing the 1 to -1...
select none...
Add new layer...name it middlehat fur....flood fill with white...selections>invert...
add the drop shadow 2 times changing the colour to #C0C0C0....select none..
add eye candy jiggle...same settings as before...
Add new layer...name it middle hat knob...flood fill with white..
selections>invert and add your drop shadow 2 times...colour...#C0C0C0...select none...
add your eye candy jiggle
Add new layer...name it left body part...selections...load from disk...leaftbodypart...
flood fill....selections>invert....add the drop shadow 2 times...colour black...select none..
Add new layer...name it..left scarf....flood fill ...selections>invert...add the drop shadow 2
times...colour black...select none
Add new layer...name it left face...selections...load from disk
left face....open your left face graphic and copy...click on canvas....paste into selections....
select none.
Add new layer...name it left hat...selections...load from disk...left hat...flood fill...
selections>invert...add the drop shadow 2 times...colour black...selections...select none
Add new layer....name it left hat fur...selections...load from disk...
lefthat fur...flood fill with white...selections>invert...add the drop shadow 2 times..
colour #COCOCO...select none and add the eye candy jiggle...
Add new layer... name it left ear muff....selections...load from disk...leftearmuff...flood fill..
selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour black...select none.selections>load from disk
leftearmuff shadow....flood fill with a darker colour than the ear muff....with your draw tool...colour set at black...
width set at 2...antialias checked...draw a line like a 1/2 circle...like so
Add new layer ..name it left hat knob...selections...load from disk...lefthatknob...
selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour #C0C0C0....select none...
add the eye candy jiggle
Add new layer...name it left hat tip...selections...load from disk...lefthattip...
flood fill with white...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour...#C0C0C0...select none...
add the eye candy jiggle...
OK, Hopefully you have been naming your layers...go down to the layer named
middle body...add a new layer and name it right coat...drag this layer under
middle body layer....selections...load from disk...
right coat...flood fill...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...
colour black...selections>select none
Back to top layer...highlight it and add a new layer
...name it right scarf...selections>load from disk...rightscarf...
flood fill...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour black...select none
Add new layer......name it right face...
selections...load from disk...rightfacce...open the graphic of the right face...copy...
click on canvas and edit>paste into selection...select none
Add new layer...name it right hat...selections...load from disk...righthat...
flood fill...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour black...select none
Add new layer...name it right hat fur....selections...load from disk...righthatfur...
flood fill white...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour #C0C0C0....add
the eye candy jiggle...selections>select none Add new layer...name it righthat knob....selections...load from disk....righthatknnob...flood fill white...

Add new layer...name it book...selections...load from disk...book....flood fill with #FFFFCC...
selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour black....select none

Add new layer...name it left mitt....selections...load from disk...lefthandmitt....flood fill...
selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour black...select none
Add new layer...name it left arm fur...selecions...load from disk...leftarmfur...
flood fill with white...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour #C0C0C0...
select none...add the eye candy jiggle
Add new layer...name it right mitt...selections...load from disk....rightmitt....flood fill..
selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...colour black...select none
Add new layer....name it rightcuff fur...selections...load from disk...
rightcufffur...flood fill white...selections>invert...add the 2 drop shadows...
colour C0C0C0...select none...add the jiggle
Add a new layer and with your draw tool draw lines where the picture below shows
Layers>merge>visible and your done!
That should be about it, you may have to move the mitt and fur down just a little to make it line up...I didn't add colour
numbers because so many like to add their own colours
