Air Evac

N68AE - Air Evac 15 is based in Cullman and started operations in February, 2001. Air Evac 15 serves a 70 mile radius with a flight crew of pilot, nurse and medic.

LifeSaver

N95CH - Life Saver from Carraway Medical Center in Birmingham. Life Saver operates three of these Bell 206 helicopters and completes over 400 scene calls a year.

Medflight

N22CQ - MedFlight from Huntsville Hospital. Crew is pilot, nurse, and paramedic. The program vendor is Corporate Jets.

US Army

U.S. Army 5743 - FLATIRON is the U.S. Army's quick response crash helicopter at Fort Rucker. The air ambulance crew includes one flight medic and two crash rescue specialists. The helicopter responds to civilian air medevacs (MAST) within 60 nautical miles of the Cairns Army Airfield.
