Tinsel Town's Trystin Trix

This is Trystin at 15 weeks old at her new home with Gary and Dinah in Prattville, Alabama.   I hated so badly to let her go because she was and still such a doll baby.  She was pictured on the web page as "Trixie", and I now co-own her with Gary and Dinah.  IF Trystin gets large enough to breed, I will have the pick of the litter puppy from her first litter some time next year.  Trysten has been joined by Maxi and Rosebud pictured below with the whole crew.

Tinsel Town's Mighty Maxi   & Tinsel Town's Rosebud

Maxi and Rosebud have joined Trysten (pictured above) and Daisy in Tennessee.  Dinah and and Gary area beginning to get a "full house" of Yorkie babies.  After their arrival the whole crew went to visit their vet.  Everyone just loved them and took this picture for Dinah and Gary of the foursome.  The vet had to pull nine of Trystin's baby teeth which he gave to Dinah.  She put them under Trystin's pillow, and the "Tooth Fairy" brought Trystin some treats for them.  Watch out or you two will soon have as many fur babies as I do!

Tinsel Town's Tiny Tot

This is my sweet little "Totsy" who went to live with Kim in Charlotte, North Carolina when he was almost one year old.  Totsy was the father of my Lily's little baby "Lacy" who died.  Kim calls him "T" now.  "T" shares his new home with four, 25 to 30 pound  Maine Coon Cats.   "T" loves to chase the cats, and Kim says that it is a site to see little "T" and the 4 huge cats racing around the house playing.  She also says that "T" is spoiled absolutely rotten.  But, isn't that what Yorkies are for?

Tinsel Town's Nick Knack

Little Nick never even made it to the Puppies For Sale Page before he was sold to Angela in Decatur, Alabama.  She came to look at the puppies, and Nick picked her out himself.  He would not leave her, and naturally, she could not resist him.  That's the way it is with Yorkie babies. They get to you very quickly.  I think that it took less than one day to have him spoiled completely rotten.  Angela was thinking of changing his name to "Houdini" because he is an escape artist.  She puts him in his room, closes the door, turns around, and POOF...there he is beside her. Nick has even won her Dad over, and she says that's quite an accomplishment.  He thinks that Nick is the best thing since sliced bread.

    Tinsel Town's Grasshopper

           Tinsel Town's Lolli      &

                    Tinsel Town's Molli

This trio of little cuties are Grasshopper, Lolli, and Molli from the Puppies For Sale page.  They live with Scott and Karen in Jamesburg, New Jersey.  Scott and Karen flew down to Huntsville to pick out "A" puppy and went home with THREE PUPPIES!  Now, that sounds like something I would do.  In this picture the babies are modeling their new pajamas for Mama's pajama party.  I got some of these little pajamas for my crew too. They hate them.

Tinsel Town's Breezy

Breezy was listed on the web page as Gabriella.  Her new Mom, Drena, sent me her first Christmas picture from her new home in North Carolina.  Breezy reports that she got lots of neat stuff from Santa including a pretty collar with shiny stones in it.  She

even got to jump and play in stacks of paper after all the presents were opened.  She left for Florida after Christmas to work on her "tan". What a beautiful little girl Breezy is.  Makes me wish that I had kept her!

Tinsel Town's Coco

Coco now lives in New York City with Theresa as her new Mommy.  She was listed last year on the web page as "Lady Bug", and Theresa flew down to pick her up and personally take her to her new home.  Coco has two Yorkie playmates, Pebbles and Bam Bam.  Pebbles just had puppies, so there may be more playmates if Theresa gets too attached to them.  Theresa says that Coco still can't jump into the bed at night, and if she forgets to pick her up Coco really lets her know about it.  You go Coco!  Let your Mommy know who's the boss.

Tinsel  Town's Quincy Doo

Quincy Doo is a little teacup previously known as "Splash" who now lives in New York with Brandi.  Brandi advises that Quincy is becoming a seasoned traveler and thinks that most of America must have known he was traveling during Christmas judging by all the attention he generated.  Quincy at 1 lb. 4 oz. backed down two 8 pound dogs over the holidays.  He even had aspirations to "breed" a six pound Poodle. That's my boy!

This is Quincy right after he arrived meeting Mulder, Brandi's cat.  Mulder was not impressed.  Quincy got his name because Brandi's husband is a pathologist ...like Quincy on the TV series.  Neat!  I like it.  Quincy also goes to work every day with Brandi.  One of the file drawers in her desk is his "work" home.  All of the people in her office bring their dogs to work with them.  What a place to work!  Work?  Some fur babies just have it made.

Tinsel Town's Teka Toy

This is my little "Teka" by Tinsel Town's Tip Top Tucker out of Tinsel Town's Topsy Turvey.  "Teka" now lives with my sister, Kim, in Jackson, Mississippi, along with three cats.  Only one of the cats will have anything at all to do with "Teka".  Kim has always been a "cat person" and has never liked dogs, but little "Teka" has won her over.  She is amazed that such a little dog can be so smart and so cute.  "Teka" follows Kim around the house and goes to sleep on her shoulder at night while she's watching TV.  Anyone want to make any bets on how long it will be before "Teka" is sleeping in Kim's bed instead of the puppy bed?

Tinsel Town's Tori

"Tori" is the little teacup baby from Tinsel's and Tucker's litter.  She is "Teka's" sister.  "Tori" lives with Candy and her family in Ozark, Alabama.  Candy thought it would be fun to dress Tori up on Halloween and take her trick-o-treating.  "Tori" is wearing a bumble bee outfit in these two pictures that were taken at the first house they trick-o-treated at.  They were taken after everyone finally got through laughing, that is.  I just screamed when I first saw these pictures.  What a hoot!  Candy has another older Yorkie plus a Chow, and little "Tori" rules all of them.  She even backs her little fanny up to one of the other dogs to clean her after she uses the bathroom....and they do.  When "Tori" goes outside to play, Candy says they have a "hundred-mile-an-hour mouse" running around the big back yard.

Tinsel  Town's  Tigerlily

This is my little "Sparkle" who is now Tigerlily or "Lily" for short.  She lives  in Connecticut with Candy as her new "Mom".  Candy says that "Lily" is just "the best thing since sliced bread" and has filled their home with love.  Lily's friend is "Stormin Norman" who adores her also and even shares his food bowl with her! Candy says that "Lily" loves to climb on top of 'Stormin Normin" just so that she can slide off of him.  That must be a sight to see.  Candy bought her her very own canopy bed, but guess where she sleeps... on top of Candy's head in Candy's bed!  That's a Yorkie for you.  Thanks, Candy, for the wonderful pictures.

Tinsel Town's Lexie

"Lexie" was my little "Daisy" before she went to live with Tina in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  "Lexie's" buddies are all Schnauzers at Tina's Classic Mini Farm.  Tina says that everyone who sees "Lexie" wants to buy her, but she's not selling.  In fact she is already considering getting a new Yorkie playmate for "Lexie" so that she won't think that she is a Schnauzer too!  A Yorkie that thinks it's a Schnauzer?  Somehow I don't think so.  Although, my Julie thinks that she is the Queen of England.  Thanks, Tina, for the picture and for loving my little "Daisy".

                               JULIE                                       LILY

TINA ALSO HAS MY LILY (TINSEL TOWN'S TIGERLILY TOO)  AND JULIE (CAROL'S CROWN JEWEL OF JADE) ALONG WITH A TINY LITTLE BOY SHE NAMED KROSS.  JULIE WAS BRED TO MY BLAST AND HAD ONE LITTLE BOY AND ONE LITTLE GIRL.

                                           "KROSS"

Tinsel Town's Spunky

This is my little "Spunky" who went with Cindy and Lance to Nixa, Missouri.  "Spunky's" little feathered friend in the pictures is Jaco.  I just hope that Cindy and Lance don't arrive home one day to find feathers strewn everywhere!  Yorkies are hunters you know.  My favorite picture of all has got to be the one of "Spunky" stealing a bite of food off of Lance's dinner plate.  I can really identify with this picture.

MY DEAR LITTLE SPUNKY HAS GONE TO RAINBOW BRIDGE.......

                                In Loving Memory of

Tinsel Town's Spunky

 June 1999  -  February 2001

This was the last picture of my sweet little Spunky.  Before I could even get it on this page, I received the heartbreaking news of his death. Spunky was running and playing fetch with Cindy's great nephew when he suddenly fell over and stopped breathing.  His heart was still beating when they reached him, but they were unable to get him breathing again.  An autopsy was performed, but no cause of death was discovered.  His heart was fine as was everything else.  The vet thought that it might have been caused by an electrical shock, but there was nothing electrical near him. I tend to think that it was a head injury from the details I received.  My heart goes out to Cindy and Lance on the loss of their beloved baby.  The following words are Cindy's .....

"I have truly never had a dog that I loved so much,  He was the sweetest, most loving, cuddly, affectionate dog that I had ever seen.  He curled up on my face at night and gave the best good morning kisses.  We are just devastated, and every time I see his picture or think of him, I just start crying all over again.  I guess there are some things that we will never know, and why he died may be one of them, but the one thing that I do know is that I got more love and enjoyment from that little guy than you can ever possibly imagine.  Our house is not the same, and it is hard to believe he is not here.  Please say a little prayer for our baby for he has gone to play with other little ones whose lives were cut too short for whatever reason.  Little Spunky will never be forgotten in our hearts, and there will never be another one like him."

Tinsel Town's Josette

Josette was my little teacup baby, "Tempie".  She now lives with Lilly in Oxnard, California.  Lilly flew all the way to Huntsville just to pick Josette up and take her home with her on the plane instead of having her shipped because she was so tiny.  Thank you, Lilly, for giving my little "Tempie" such a good home.  Thank you too for the "angel" you sent me.

Tinsel  Town's  Oscar

I want to send my special thanks to Ming for the absolutely wonderful gift that she sent me.  It is a beautifully decorated "Puppy Book" of my little "Teddy" who is now her little Oscar.  Oscar lives with Ming and Paul and a Maltese, a Bichon, and two Golden Retrievers on Long Island, New York.  Oscar's Puppy Book is 25 pages long with beautiful photographs on every page. What is going on in each photograph is described in Oscar's "own words" as he narrates the story of his book.  Here are just a few of the delightful pages from Oscar's Puppy Book that I would like to share with everyone.

My thanks again, Ming, for remembering me with the beautiful  Puppy Book.  It sits in a place of honor on my coffee table, and I show it to everyone who visits.  It means so much to me, and I will treasure it always.

Tinsel  Town's  Princess

This is Tinsel Town's "Little Miss"  who is now "Princess" in her new home near Baltimore, Maryland.  Jeff and Lesley are her new Mom and Dad and love her to pieces.  Jeff  picked up Tinsel Town's Bocephus on July 29th to keep Princess company.  I've always said that ONE Yorkie is never enough!

December 2001 - Princess and Bocephus now have a litter of babies!  Way to go kids!

Tinsel Town's Bocephus

Thanks, Jeff, for the picture of "Bo" and me that you took at the airport when you came to pick him up.  I am sure that Sweet Pea will be glad to have a playmate that is smaller than she is so that she will have someone smaller than she is to bully.

This is the latest picture of Beau and Princess.  They are now proud parents.

Tinsel Town's Pollyanna

This little girl was pictured on the web page as "Polly".  She is now called "Pollyanna", and she lives in Clyde, New York, with her new Mom and Dad, Cindy and Chris.  Pollyanna also has another little Yorkie named Maggie as a playmate.

Tinsel Town's Tic Tac Too

This is my sweet little boy, "Ticky".  I called him "Ticky" because he was so ticky picky about what he would or would not do.  His new Mom, Linda, calls him "Cookie".  "Cookie" has Maine Coon Cats  and a Ragdoll cat for playmates.  When he first arrived one of the Maine Coon Cats checked him out and then washed his face.  "Cookie" lay very still during his "bath".  When the cat was finished washing him, "Cookie" tried to lick the cat's face in return, but the cat wasn't having any of it and ran away.

Tinsel Town's Prancing Willie

This is my little "Silly Willie" who is now named "Prancing Willie".  He lives in Charleroi, Pennsylvania with Charlene as his new Mom.  Charlene's kids make fun of his name, but she thinks that it fits him to a "T".  And, Charlene, tell your kids that the people at  AKC will NOT fall out laughing at his name.

Here is the latest picture of Silly Willie at seven months old.  Charlene says that he is still silly and keeps them all laughing.  From the looks of this picture, Willie is the "star" of the family.  Thanks, Charlene, for the new picture.

This is "Bud" who has gone to live at Charlene's with Willie and the rest of her crew.  Bud was called "Arney" when he was here at Tinsel town.  Charlene drove down from Pennsylvania to pickn up Arney, so I finally got to meet her.  From what I hear Arney who is now known as "Bud"  fits right in with the other Yorkies at Charlene's.
