Stewart D. Fried

Stewart D. Fried devotes his practice to litigation and dispute resolution matters, with an emphasis on the areas of commercial, environmental, personal injury, appellate, employment discrimination, and government contracts litigation. Mr. Fried is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and appellate matters in Florida, the District of Columbia, and the Federal Courts. Mr. Fried has represented clients in matters concerning international and domestic contract disputes; violation of federal and state laws prohibiting employment discrimination; violations of ERISA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act; injuries related to asbestos, chemical exposure, and automobile accidents; and matters concerning federal and state environmental laws.

Mr. Fried was formerly associated with Robles & Gonzales, P.A., of Miami, Florida. He has also served as an intern with the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. and with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Miami. Mr. Fried was an Associate Editor for the Inter-American Law Review from 1993 to 1995.
