This clone of Billy was created by Rita Repulsa (using Lord Zedd's Staff) out of a statue of Billy made by a girl named Violet. When the real Billy was captured, Goldar instructed the clone to infiltrate the Rangers and steal their communicators and Power Morphers. The clone did so with ease, keeping them within his backpack, the other Rangers unsuspecting. As the Rangers were walking through Angel Grove Park, they were ambushed by Goldar and the Z-Putties, and it was then that the clone revealed himself. When Billy escaped, he managed to return the Morphers to the other Rangers, and morphed into the Blue Ranger, morphing the clone as well. Facing all six Rangers, the Blue Ranger clone was destroyed by a barrage of energy beams from the Blade Blasters and Saba.
