Created by Elsa, this palm tree-like creature (which was also, apparently, part bird) was the first monster to battle the Dino Thunder Power Rangers. After a quick scuffle against the Rangers, he ran off, forcing the Rangers to chase him on the Raptor Riders. Blown to pieces by their Z-Rex Blaster, the palm tree monster was soon resurrected and grown to giant size by Mesagog via the Hydro Regenerator. The second round against the Rangers was even shorter than the first, as the palm tree monster was quickly destroyed by the Thundersaurus MegaZord's Dino Drill.
