Created from Justin's voice-activated remote control, Simple Simon was sent by Porto to destroy the Power Rangers Turbo. Able to take control of any machine with his voice, Simple Simon caused the various machines in the Youth Center to go awry before being faced by the Turbo Rangers. Taking control of the remote chips in the neuro-ports of the Rangers' helmets, Simple Simon assumed command of Adam, Katherine, and Tanya, and nearly did the same with Tommy and Justin. Back at the Power Chamber, the two were able to come up with a plan. By tricking the other Rangers into chasing them in the Turbo Racers, Tommy and Justin caused the others to go faster than the speed of sound, the ensuing sonic boom snapping the three Rangers out of Simple Simon's control. Attacking him quick enough to keep him from shouting out any more commands, the Rangers quickly destroyed Simple Simon with the Turbo R.A.M.
