One of the few surviving members of the Machine Empire, Steelon was a general of the Empire that now served under the command of General Venjix. Having had a neo-plutonium core installed into Lord Zedd's Serpentera, Steelon and the other generals were about to board the mighty Zord when a team of ten Red Rangers attacked their base. Sending the Cogs to fight them, they were still stopped from boarding the Zord by Cole. When the Red Rangers morphed, Steelon faced Andros and Carter in a shoot-off. Unfortunately, the two Rangers moved too fast for Steelon to hit, and he was blasted off a cliff by their sidearms.
