This little girl seemed very intrigued at the sight of an unfamiliar
American man with a camera. This photo was taken inside a shopping mall on
Clark Air base . Due to the poor economy in PI, the vast majority of
children are addicted to a substance they call "rugby", which is
a type of glue that they huff the fumes of to suppress their hunger.

This area seems to be fairly impoverished, but if only I had my
camera the day I went to the local orphanage you would think this
were the wealthy neighborhood.
