Happy New Year
This is another New Years tag I made form 2 snag pictures on GIG
The clock will take a lot of work moving the hands...
I have made a seperate hand to be moved
Make a folder to save your images in
I made this in a bit of a hurry to get it up
for new years, so if you run into a problem, please let me know

Let's begin

Open your template in PSP...close off all layers
except the bottom layer...add a new layer.....with your text tool...size set at 26....font
set at your choice...I used Comic Sans MS.....stroke set at red
...fill set at med blue, if you want my colours....add an inner bevel with
these settings
Add a drop shadow with these settings
Re name this layer name...close off
Add a new layer and type your greeting....same text..... size 36...same colour
Place text where you want it...place the greeting where you want it
If you want a circle text..click on the preset tool...click on the ellipse pattern...
vector checked... place the pointer on the circle untill a 1/2 circle shows under
the "A"......
with the middle node turn the text to fit over the clock....
you may have to use the side nodes and stretch it out a little...
in the layer pallette click on the "+" sign and close
off the ellipse layer...right click on the text layer and "convert to raster layer
Close off the bottom layer and merge the greeting layer...re name this greeting
Note: you may want to make some changes
in the rotate of the hand...each time you ro tate...place the
hand on the clock to point to your number
1)Now to put it to gether....open layers...clock 1....girl...
name ...hand...duplicate the hand...close off original....with the hand the active layer...image....rotate...
45 to the right....effects>sharpen....layers>merge....save as image 1.....click the undo button
2)With the hand the active layer....rotate 25...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 2...click undo
3)With the hand the active layer....rotate 22...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 3....click undo
4)With the hand the active layer....rotate 35...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 4....click undo
5)With the hand the active layer....rotate 25...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 5....click undo
6)With the hand the active layer....rotate 30...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 6....click undo
7)With the hand the active layer....rotate 35...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 7....click undo
8)With the hand the active layer....rotate 30...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 8....click undo
9)With the hand the active layer....rotate 25...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 9....click undo
10)With the hand the active layer....rotate 35...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 10....click undo
11)With the hand the active layer....rotate 25...right....effects>sharpen
...layers >merge....save as image 11....click undoP>
12)Close off... hand layer...girl layer and with only the
clock 1 layer and name layer open...layers>merge.....save as image 12...click undo
13)Open clock face and greeting layer...layers>merge...save as
image 13...click undo
14)Close off clock face layer...open clock no hat 1 layer....open the hat layer...
image...flip....place it right
on the clock's face....layers>merge...save as image 14.....click undo
15)With the hat layer active...image flip again...image re size to 75%...make sure "all layers"
is unchecked.....effects>sharpen...
place the hat a little closer to the boy...layers>merge...save as image 15...click undo
16)Close off hat 1...open hat....layers>merge...save as image 16 .....
Open Animation Shop.......open the streamers in AS...click on the animation wizard.
Same size as first image...click next
Transparent...click next
Upper left corner and with canvas color checked...click next
Yes repeat the animation indfinitely....put 41 in box...click next
Add images...click next
Click finish
Click on last frame of graphic....right click ...
copy....right click on last frame...paste after current frame.......
right
click on last frame....paste after current frame....right
click on last frame....paste after current frame....
right
click on last frame....paste after current frame....
right
click on last frame....paste after current frame....
right
click on last frame....paste after current frame....
....a total of 6 extra frames....
Click on frame 13 and holding down the shift key...
click on last frame....click on the streamers...edit>select all...edit...
copy....click on the graphic to make it active....edit>paste into seleted frames ...
do this several times to get a good movement..while the frames are still
active...click on animation...frame properties set at 31....feel free to
change any of the frame properties to your liking...right click
on the first frame and set the animation properties at 125..
Now is a good time to re size... I took mine down to 200
but it's your choice how big you want it.....
