I made a valentine card about 3 years ago and I just loved it, it was so very pretty, I decided to make one of my own, the idea originates with a card made by Dee

Let's begin

Unzip your supplies to their own folder...you can work your selections
from there...no need to put them in to psp selections as you will never use them again
Open your font, if you are using mine and shrink
it to task bar..open your basket patch..open the D_gold....open girl...girl at desk
if you are using these...open red heart...couple and couple tubed
Open a canvas 400x 400.....add a new layer....selections...load from
disk....inside frame....selections...modify....contract by 1....selections ...
modify...feather by 1.....flood fill with your basket patch pattern...add
a new layer....flood fill with white and on the layer palette...
bring the opacity down to 50...select none
Add a new layer...selections ...load from disk...frame...flood fill with
you D_GOLD pattern....selections...select none
Add a new layer...selections...load from disk.....corners.....flood fill
with your D_GOLD pattern....add an inner bevel
with these settings
selections...select none...layers>merge visible and
re name this background
Add a new layer...selections load from disk...top inside heart...
click on the girl....copy...paste into selection...select none....
add a new layer...selections...load from disk...
top heart...flood fill with D_GOLD...sel;ect none
Add a new layer...selections load from disk....bottom inside heart...
flood fill with white....click on the girl ...copy ....paste as
new layer...we will crop her in a min....place her inside the heart selection....select none
...add a new layer...selections...load from disk bottom heart...flood fill with
D_GOLD... selections...select none...now with the lasso tool..
and the girl at desk layer your active layer...lasso around
the heart at the bottom and delete..make sure you cut out the legs too
Add a new layer...selections...load from disk...sides....flood fill with D_GOLD....
select none....you can put the same inner bevel on if you like, I
just left mine plain with no bevel...layers...merge...re name background...
Click on the couple...copy...paste as new layer and place them on
your canvas...
Make sure when you add the noise that the heart
layer is the active layer and when you merge the background and the heart layer make sure the
heart layer is on top of the background layer
Click on the red heart...copy...paste as new layer....place this heart right
on top of the pervious heart in the couple picture...make sure there is no jump
...duplicate the heart layer 2 more times for a total of 3 hearts...
close off 2 hearts and with 1 heart the active layer...click on effects....noise...add
and palce 50 in the in noise box and make sure random is checked....duplicate the background
...turn off the original...layers>merge....close off and re name layer 1....
Click on the next heart....effects...noise....add...and this time put
70 in the box...duplicate the background layer
turn off the original.... layers>merge...close off and re name layer 2
Click on the last heart....effects...noise....add...and this time put
90 in the box....duplicate background.... layers>merge...close off and re name layer 3
Now let's put our couple on....click on the couple tubed...copy...
click on the canvas...paste as new layer....place this couple right on top of
the other couple making sure there is no jump....when you have it placed
re name this layer couple.....duplicate this layer 2 times for a total
of 3 couples
Open layer 1...drag down one of the couples....make sure it is on top of the background ....
layers>merge...close off and re name layer 1
Open layer 2...drag down one of the couples....make sure it is on top of the background ....
layers>merge...close off and re name layer 2
Open layer 3..drag down the last couple....make sure it is on top of the background ....
layers>merge...close off and re name layer 3
Open your 3 layers and save as
Open another canvas 500x500...and with your text tool size set at 48....
stoke set at null...fill set at the gold pattern....type your message and your name...add a drop shadow, with these settings
Vertical..-1
Horizontal...1
Opacity 100
Blur 3.5....colour set to gray
edit...copy....go to Animation shop and edit ...paste as new image...now
dulicate this 2 more times..
for a total of 3
Open animation shop....find your graphic ....
click
on the text...edit...select all...click on the graphic...edit
...select all....edit...paste into selected frames.....
place the text where you want it before you click
the mouse..and now is a good time to re size...I took mine to 300
All that is left is to save your tag
