Session
Up to 4 people $125
Session Fee pays for photographer's time only. A 50% deposit is due within one week of booking to hold the session appointment, and is non-refundable. It may be mailed or delivered in person by cash or check. The rest is due on the day of the session.
Plan on taking one to two hours for the session. Your photo shoot can take place outdoors, in your home, or, for only one or two people, at my home studio.
Patterns and stripes in clothing generally detract from the subject's face in black and white portraiture. Avoiding them whenever possible is recommended. When dressing a group, try to wear similar shades of clothing; all light denim jeans and white shirts, or all khaki pants with dark shirts. Bare feet are great, as this eliminates the distraction of different pairs of shoes. This can also lend a more casual and fun feel to your portraits. Often, I will photograph babies, especially newborns, without clothing. I find this lends a sweetness to your baby's portrait.
Custom Portraits
Custom
portraits are hand printed on archival fiber paper.
Fiber paper is long lasting, creating instant heirlooms out of your
portraits. You may expect fiber portraits to last for generations, as long as
the paper they are printed on. Machine printed proofs will be ready for viewing
two to three weeks after the sitting. An
appointment will be made for you to view them and choose your portraits. Anyone
involved in choosing your portraits should plan on viewing the proofs at that
time. You will receive a complimentary proof album with an order of $500 or
more. You may also purchase proof prints as they are for $10.00 each with a
minimum $100.00 custom portrait order. All
