Another cute xmas tag Robert put to gether and all the layers are
here so we don't have much work to do
I made the sparkle background but if you don't wish to use it the
plain background is on the layer palette too, just open it instead of your sparkles

Open template in PSP...shrink font to task bar if using mine....
close off all layers except the top layer....with your text tool...size set at 40...line set at 1...
...stroke set at black.....fill set at your colour..... I used #FF6D55.....floating and antalias checked....
type your name and with your lasso tool lasso around each letter and move them
up and down a little to stagger them....re name this text and close it off
1)Open B13 and "lights on please layer"...edit...copy merged...in AS
right click and paste as new animation
2)Close off lights on please layer and delete B13 ( I do this top make the layer palette
easier to work with)...open legs up ....and B12...edit...open green...copy merged...in AS
right click on last frame and paste after current frame
3)Close off legs up.....open legs down....delete B12 .....open B11.....
close off green...open red....edit...copy merged...in AS
right click on last frame and paste after current frame
4)Close off legs down....open legs up....delete B11 .....open B10....
close off red...open blue.....edit...copy merged...in AS
right click on last frame and paste after current frame
5)Close off legs up.....open legs down....close off blue ...
open yellow.......delete B10 .....open B9.....edit...copy merged...in AS
right click on last frame and paste after current frame
6)Close off legs down....open legs up....close yellow...
open red....open yellow 2...delete B9 .....open B8.....edit...copy merged...in AS
right click on last frame and paste after current frame

That's all there is to this one, go into animation shop...edit...select all...
animation frame properties set at 30....right click on first frame....
animation proerties set at 125, now this will stop the sparkles for that frame,
but we need to slow it down, you can leave all the frames at 30 if you wish.
either way it's a great tut,...make sure when you save this tut that
in the optimization save frame.....write minimal frames is NOT CHECKED
