The following photos are from one afternoon of watching the Marlboro Local.
This unusual curved diamond is located on the industrial trackage in South Anaheim between Ball Rd. and Cerritos St. The track going towards the fence is out of service and it cut at the fence line. The other track is still used as a lead to a plastics plant that gets a few cars of plastic pellets each week.
The LLPX 2235 served on the Santa Ana Branch for several weeks in August. LLPX is a joint leasing venture between GATX and EMD, although it appears that the heritage on this unit may have at one time been UP.
