LADY

Bump to the right.
Hips of a lover.
Sway day and night.
Keep the men sober.

She rocks side to side.
Whatta feminine step!
All eyes pop out wide.
She turns every head.

Then her final touch.
Smile. Hold it. Laughter.
She is too much.
The rhythm master.


Written for Merle Mohammed, about whose sway everyone commented on since she was a little girl.
