TEN STEP WAR

    T rusting God each morning start.
    E xercise tones up, calms nerves.
    N utrition vegan, raw, herbs.

    S unlight is a vital part.
    T emperance will guard the heart.
    E nd pollutants, toxins plight.
    P athogens must duel, kill, fight.

    W ater drink, clean home, hygiene.
    A ir by forest, sea, lake scene.
    R est eight hours and good night.
