my family

i have the greatest family in the world! here they are:

james arthur, aka "j" james is my husband and my best friend. he's currently going to school (majoring in spanish translation) and working teaching spanish at the missionary training center. j wants to be a seminary teacher after he graduates next year because he loves teaching the gospel so much! james loves fishing, volleyball, dancing, spanish, teaching, learning languages, food, camping, and travelling.

john edward, aka "dad," aka "papa," and nancy i grew up living with my dad, and nancy, my step-mom. they currently live in kaysville, utah, and dad works for Zion's Bank and nan works for JC Penney's. dad and nancy's favorite things are their kids (and grandkids)! dad also loves classical music--composing, conducting, and playing many instruments including the piano and the violin. dad graduated from a school of music in brazil (where he is from), and then attended juilliard in new york city. he also graduated from BYU with a degree in business. dad loves cooking brazilian and hungarian cuisine for his family. nancy loves decorating, antiques, gardening, and shopping (especially at Deseret Industries!), and being with her two sons and two grandkids

louise terry, aka "mom," aka "mama" mom lives in salt lake city, utah currently. she loves gardening, cleaning, working, sewing, languages (she speaks english, french, portuguese, spanish, and russian), learning, and being a mom and grandma. mama grew up in southern california and attended both UC Irvine and BYU. she went on a mission to montreal, canada.

myla marie, aka "mimi," and soren mimi is the oldest of the sisters (she is 30). she and her husband soren live in sacramento, california and NEW just had their first child! clara rachel was born monday september 16 at 10:30 am, weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces, and measuring 19 1/2 inches in length! congratulations to mimi and soren! myla and soren like mountain biking, camping, scrapbooking, and remodeling old cars and homes (including their own, which they are doing extraordinarily well!). mimi works in public health services and education, and soren is working on his degree in engineering.

christina elizabeth, aka "chris," aka "ditti," and roger christina is the second oldest (28), and she and her husband roger live in salt lake city, utah. chris and rog enjoy gardening, reading, running, biking, photography, remodeling homes, and hiking. chris works at the prison library and roger works for a television/film production company as a lighting technician.

suzanne louise, aka "suzy," and matt suzy is the middle child in the family (26 years old) and she lives with her husband matt in west jordan, utah. suz just graduated from BYU as a registered nurse and now works at LDS Hospital. matt works at the church geneology library. suzy and matt enjoy playing games, camping, singing, and doing geneology.

julie jean, aka "jules" jules is the next sister and the closest to me in age. she is 23 and lives in salt lake in the basement of christina and roger's home. julie works with pregnant teenagers at the teen home at the YWCA. she has a compassionate personality and loves being with people. jules enjoys running, photography, dancing, camping, swimming, shopping, and making people laugh.

robert nathaniel, aka "robb," and lisa robb is my step-brother, and lisa is his wife. they have two kids, nathan and abby. they currently live in milwaukee, wisconsin. robb and lisa enjoy taking pictures of their kids, scrapbooking, being outdoors, and being together as a little family.

james ellis, aka "jamie" james is my other step-brother. he lives in indiana and has just opened up his own beauty salon with his best friend brandi. jamie loves going to chigaco and being outside at lake michigan, travelling (he especially likes cancun and london), and dancing.

james' family:

frank donald, aka "dad," aka "don," and marilyn sue, aka "mom," aka "sue" mom and dad live in st. petersburg, florida. they enjoy redoing their home, travelling in their motorhome, boating and fishing, shopping, and being with their family.

gwen and grant gwen is james' oldest sister. gwen and her husband grant live in riverside, california with their four kids lauren, lyndsey, logan, and lynden. gwen loves her family and being a mom.

don, aka "donnie" donnie is james oldest brother. don lives in seattle, washington and works at microsoft. he has two little girls, hailey and hannah. donnie is charismatic and friendly and loves fishing, skiing, and travelling.

leslie, aka "les" leslie is james' older sister. she lives in san diego, california, but will soon be moving back to st. petersburg, florida to be closer to her son, matthew (who is 14).

patrick, aka "pat," and mary pat and his wife mary were married about two years ago. they live in st. pete with their little girl teresa, who just turned one! pat likes golfing, fishing, and his baby girl!
