For My Loving Husband, Ron,
Who I Would Marry All Over Again!
Still The OneWritten and Performed by Shania Twain
(When I first saw you, I saw love.
And the first time you touched me, I felt love.
And after all this time, you're still the one I love.)
Looks like we made it
Look how far we've come my baby
We mighta took the long way
We knew we'd get there someday
They said, "I bet they'll never make it"
But just look at us holding on
We're still together, still going strong
(You're still the one)
You're still the one I run to
The one that I belong to
You're still the one I want for life
(You're still the one)
You're still the one that I love
The only one I dream of
You're still the one I kiss good night
Ain't nothin' better
We beat the odds together
I'm glad we didn't listen
Look at what we would be missin'
They said, "I bet they'll never make it"
But just look at us holding on
We're still together, still going strong
(You're still the one)
You're still the one I run to
The one that I belong to
You're still the one I want for life
(You're still the one)
You're stil the one that I love
The only one I dream of
You're still the one I kiss good night
You're still the one...
(You're still the one)
You're still the one I run to
The one that I belong to
Yu're still the one I want for life
(You're still the one)
You're still the one that I love
The only one I dream of
You're still the one I kiss good night
I'm so glad we made it
Look how far we've come, My Baby...
I Want You to Know
What a Special Husband You Are
Written by Barbara Cage
We've done many things together
that have brought out
your best qualities
and have reminded me why
I fell in love with you so long ago.
Raising our children is one of these.
Next to you, they are
the
most precious people in my life,
and their happiness means
everything to me.
I don't think we could have ever
imagined
what was in store for us
when we set ourselves up for
the adventure of being parents.
Making the decision
hasn't always come naturally,
and some situations have caused us
unnecessary guilt and worry.
As difficult as it's been some times,
I know I couldn't do it without your help.
You've guided our children with
love and firmness,
humor and gentleness.
You've helped me to have confidence
when I worried that we weren't
doing things right,
and you've comforted me
when things
didn't turn out as we hoped.
You're the type of person
our children can love and respect,
and they do.
So do I.
Thanks for making parenthood
easier and more fun
by sharing it with me.
I love you.
With our wonderful Angel Christopher ~
With our sweet daughter Rachel ~
With our cutie pie Mark ~
And even with our dog Shadow ~
"The most important thing a father
can do
for his children
is to love their mother."
