Whip Worm
The Whip Worm is a worm two to three inches long found in the large intestine that resembles a whip (hence the name). Your dog can get Whip Worm from eggs in soil contaminated by the stool of an affected dog(that is why you should always scoop up your dog's feces). You can tell if your dog has Whip Worm by her/his unhealthy look, weight loss, and diarrhea. It may take more than one check-up for the veterinarian to properly give you a prescription to get rid of the worm.
