I'm alive today thanks to some special friends, which I consider my angels. I will write about my angels below to thank them a million for their help. It means so much to me.
I was a scared little mouse,
Hiding in the little hole.
You told the big, big cat
To scare me until I get out,
So you can take me in your hands,
To a safe and nurturing place.
Now I'm less scared
And I can even scare the cat away.
But now it's time I go back to my home,
And keep all of you in my prayers.
Someday I'll be the cat's mistress
So I can help other lonely mouses,
Get out of their hole
And discover this world
So full of opportunities.
J'aimerais remercier ma mere,elle le merite enormement. Elle est mon heroine. Sans elle, ma guerison ne sera pas avance a ce point. Son coeur est tres grand et elle adore aider les autres. Elle est tres admirer dans la communaute.

Lucie...Elle est mon ange gardien choisie par Dieu. Serieusement, sans son aide, je faiserais vraiment pitie. Mmm...vraiment...je peux pas exprimer en mots comment elle est si speciale pour moi et ma famille... En tout cas Lucie, si tu lis ceci, je te remercie mille et une fois...pis tu est vraiment mon ange.
I'm finally updating this part... hehe I've now known you for about 5 years. And in all those years, there's nothing that I don't like about you. I'm so happy that you found Chris. I hope it lasts long.:) I want to thank you for all the times you listened to me and supported me. Thanks for your understanding.:)
I met Nathalie when she transfered to my school in grade 7. Ever since, we've been good friends. :) We've had lots of fun together when we were young. I remember once, we all planned where we would go to college and planned the decoration of our dorm. lol :) We've had our ups and downs, but were still good friends. I'd like to thank you for having lunch with me at school even tough I wasn't very fun. It really meant a lot to me. Thanks also for the teddy bear you bought me, wich I lost in the hospital.:( But the tought is still deep in my heart. I wish you the best luck.

I met Suzanne on ICQ about 4 years ago. We've been friends every since. She came to see me lots of time when I was in the hospital. It was really really nice of her. Thanks a lot, you showed me u cared while I was really down. I would also like to wish you good luck on your depression journey. Were in this together, we'll fight it.:) Thanks for everything.
She's my counsellor and she's very down-to-earth. She knows her job. She's a very caing, understanding and supportive person. I was difficult to understand and help sometimes, but she never gave up. Thanks so much:)
The C.R.E.U. Team Well... The team has changed my perception of the mental health system, of my illness and of my future. Their non-judgmental and caring way of treating patients are incredible. For the first time in my life, I haven't seen one nurse in a bad mood during my stay on the unit!!! Can you believe that?! I still can't...it's like WOW! I just want to thank all of you sooooo much!! I now have a goal for my life and understand more my illness. The coping strategies you have learned me will help me cope with my symptoms and prevent relapses for the rest of my life. Thank You.
