(Diego is *telling* Bernardo to go wake Uncle Estevan. Bernardo begins to laugh, as Diego has forgotten that Alejandro knows Bernardo can hear.) |
(Estevan has just told Sgt. Garcia that the de la Vega wine is like vinegar, which of course makes Alejandro angry. Diego keeps him in check, going along with Estevan's little joke on Garcia.) |
(Uncle Estevan is out riding and comes across a beautiful black horse. He hops on and goes for a brief run. Seeing how fast the horse is, Estevan decides to hide the horse and use it in the race.) next back Table of Contents |
