Dear Dance Enthusiasts:
The membership drive for the 2003-2004 dance season is once again upon us. This will be the fourteenth year for the Goodtimes Dance Club.
This season's schedule will again include the Jay Wieder Orchestra, the Dean Bushnell Orchestra, the Colorado Sunshine Band, and the Touch of Jazz Quartet (Gil Garcia). Six dances will be held on Saturday night and four on Friday night. Five of the dances will be held at the Fort Collins Senior Center, with the December 2003 dance in the Senior Center gymnasium to accommodate the larger crowd. Three dances will be held at the Loveland Elks Club and two at the Ebony Events Center in Greeley.
Membership fees will remain at $85.00 per couple this year. The membership deadline will be July 15, 2003. All membership fees postmarked after midnight July 15th will cost an additional $10.00 or $95.00. Guest attendance will continue to be limited by reservation only at $15.00 per couple. Updated and amended club bylaws will be distributed with membership cards, so that you may understand your rights and privileges as club members.
Membership renewals are again expected to be high. Current members will be given a two week advanced mailing, followed by guests and other interested parties. Membership will be accepted on a first come-first serve basis. You are encouraged to submit your membership renewal early so that you won't be left out. When our 113 member-couple capacity has been reached, membership will be closed.

Ten dances for only $85.00 per couple - that's just $8.50 per dance with live, Big Band music, if postmarked by midnight July 15, 2003 or $95.00 after July 15, 2003. Please make your check payable to Goodtimes Dance Club and send to:
Guests and prospective members are welcome at all dances for $15.00 per couple, if reservations are made in advance, by calling Mel Engeman at (970) 203-1754.
To avoid the high cost of liability insurance, the Goodtimes Dance Club asks members to sign the following form, releasing the Goodtimes Club and its directors from responsibility for accident or injury occurring in connection with a Goodtimes Dance Club function.
The release form must be completed in full and accompany your check.
