I know I found that someone for me.
He’s everything I want, and more.
I never thought I’d find someone like him.

Although I know nothing will work out right,
I’d still like to try,
But is it really worth it?
Worth it enough to take a chance?

I know I’ll hear the answer
I never want to hear.
Maybe I should just give up.
Should never try anymore

The first time I saw him,
There was something in him that
I couldn’t find in other guys.
He stood above them all,
With his to die for smile,
Carefree personality,
And a touch I can remember forever.

My heart ached with pain
As I had to leave him
Maybe never seeing him again.
Our paths had crossed,
And it was time to move on.
Never once had I thought much of him again.

But everything changed,
So quick, so sudden.
Just with a few words
That meant so much.
I soon found myself telling him things
I would usually never tell anyone.

Everything changed when he entered my world.
He turned my life upside down.
I know there would be no one like him.
No one like him that would make me as happy.

But if, if I ever cry because of him,
If he ever makes me sad,
If nothing goes right,
He’s out the door as fast as the
First time I left him.
Never looking back.
