Buu:

Buu is the strongest villian in the DragonBallZ series. Buu has the ability to morph into a ball and tackle his enemies. He resembles a big bowl of Jello. Buu has many formas and he reaches each one by absorbing the z-fighters. He can also change his opponents into cookies. He is defeated by Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

Cell:

Cell is a creation of Dr. Gero. He was made up of cells from all of the strongest fighters in the world. He contains cells from all of the Z-fighters and even cells from Frieza. In order to transform into his final form (perfect Cell) he must absorb andoid #17 and android #18. Piccolo is the first one to battle with Cell,then android 16, technically Tien is the third, Vegeta is the fourth,then Trunks, Goku, and Gohan is the last one. Gohan is the last person Cell ever fights because Gohan is the one who finally defeats Cell.

Dodoria:

One of Frieza's henchmen. Dodoria is a powerful fighter who is noble to following Frieza's orders. He is killed by Vegeta on the planet Namek.

Frieza/Freeza/Furiza:

Frieza is the most evilest villian that we see in the DragonBallZ series. He is the leader of a team of villians who destroy planets' population for selling them to high bidders. Frieza goes to the planet Namek in search for the Dragonballs to wish himself immortality. On the planet namek, he runs into Vegeta, Gohan, Krillin, Piccolo, and finally Goku. When Vegeta kills Krillin, Goku turns into a super Saiyan and defeats Frieza.

Frieza later comes back in the series as a robot built from pieces of scrap metal by his father's henchmen. He goes to planet earth to get revenge on Goku. He runs into Mirai Trunks who destroys Frieza once and for all.

Goku:

Goku is a lower class saiyan who came from the planet vegeta. He was sent to earth as an infant with a mission to conquer the planet. A head injury made him forget his mission and become a loyal protector of the planet. When Goku encounters an obstacle that he cannot overcome, he trains hard to overcome it. Goku has trained alot during the DragonBallz series. Each time reaching a new level or learning a new technique or attack. Goku is the strongest fighter in the series.

Gohan:

Gohan is the son of Goku. Gohan has incredible power and it is unleashed whenever he gets angry. Whenever his dad is in trouble, Gohan never hesitates to help.

Krillin:

Krillin, umm, what can I say about Krillin? He's a loyal fighter, a monk, short, and bald. He gets frightened very easily when he encounters a more powerful opponent. Although Krillin is not as good a fighter as the other characters, he always wants to help. Krillin has served as a comic relief a myriad of times in the series.

Nappa:

Nappa is a pure saiyan from the planet Vegeta who came to earth with Vegeta. These two saiyans came to earth to wish for immortality and to find out why Goku hasn't done his job. Nappa is killed by Vegeta ,after Goku beats him up as if he were nothing, in disgust due to Nappa's fighting.

Raditz:

Raditz is the brother of Goku and is also a pure saiyan. Raditz came to planet earth to see if Kakarot completed his mission. He is surprised to see that planet earth still stands. When Raditz kidnaps Gohan, Piccolo and Goku team up to defeat Raditz. The battle ends when Piccolo uses his makankosappo on Raditz while Goku is restraining him. At the end of the battle, Both Goku and Raditz die. Then Goku is wished back a year later by the Dragonballs.

Tien:

Tien is a three-eyed human. He knows an abundance of attacks such as the solar flare, splitting up into multiple forms, and an attack in which he shoots blasts from a fingeration in the form of a triangle. He is there to aid his friends when a battle comes on.

Trunks(Chibi):

Trunks is the son of Vegeta. Since he was born from Vegeta and Bulma, he is a half saiyan. This is the Trunks who fuses with Goku's second son Goten. Together they become Gotenks.

Trunks(Future/Mirai):

Trunks is the son of Vegeta. He first comes into the series after the battle with Garlic jr. He comes from the future and destroys the new, rebuilt, Robot Frieza. After he destroys Frieza, he warns the Z-fighters about the upcoming androids that are going to terrorize the planet. Trunks also helps fight the androids and Cell. Then he returns to his time.

Vegeta:

Vegeta is a pure saiyan from the planet with the same name as him. He was named after his father king Vegeta who was named after the planet. Vegeta comes to earth with Nappa to find out why Kakarot hasn't destroyed the planet and to wish for immortality. He later finds out that Goku forget his mission and became a good guy. Throughout the series, Vegeta fights alongside of Goku.

Yamcha:

Yamcha is a fighter. In the beginning of the series, he and Bulma were a couple. As the series goes on, Bulma dumps him for Vegeta. Yamcha doesn't fight very much but fought in the battle with the saiyans (Nappa and Vegeta) in the beginning of the series.

Zarbon:

Zarbon is one of Frieza's henchmen. Zarbon has the ability to transform into an ugly monster and becomes stronger. He is defeated by Vegeta when they fight on the planet Namek for the second time.
