You awaken the next day, your body is bruised from the battle last night. The base was highly damaged, and only the backup defenses are left, along with a few mobile suits (that, including you.). OZ will most likely attack at any time soon. Knowing that they had lost, will most likely force them to bringing more reinfocements.
The thought of leaving crosses your mind, but you dare not. You have shared pain and suffering with the people of this base. You even both fight for the same purpose. You must stand together until there is nothing left to stand on, and you will fight in the war that many have endured, the war for actual peace.
Just then, the earth rumbles with a mighty shake, the alarm screeches outside as you hear the sound of running footsteps outside, you go outside to follow.
In the shuttle you find your gundam, moderately scratched, but fine otherwise. As you leave the hangar you are surprised to find...
Nothing..
No battle, no death, nothing at all.. Not even damage to the area around you, you scan your surroundings in confusion as your comrades (the alliance soldiers) do the same. Someone speaks over the communicator, "I don't get it.." he says.
But as you respond, a flash of blinding light is seen from the sky, slamming into the ground as a destructive explosion follows, the force of it knocks out down, your suit makes a scraping noise against the base concrete floor, and for minutes, all you see is the blinding light.
As the world turns normal again, you find yourself still in the battlefield, with everything, everything demolished, the base is destroyed, the once strong and brave soldiers destroyed in one single blast... Everything gone...Except for you, luckily, your suit was strong enough to withstand the blast, and hopefully, you will still be able to operate it.
As you gaze up into the sky, you see two suits, carrying a weapon unknown to your knowledge, it looks similar to that of the one before, but it's power has radically increased, and if it could do this much damage, your life could be in danger. And as the the two suits aim that weapon at you, it gleams in the sunlight, ready to fire.
You quickly stand up, unsteadily, but at least you can stand, all things function and you watch the cannon above as it begins to charge.....
