Sora was at the public bathroom in the park. She couldn’t see Taichi
anywhere. There wasn’t anyone in sight. Suddenly a thought came to her.
There’s noone around. I could... A grin lit up her face, as she walked to
the boys washroom. She opened the door and peaked in. It looked empty. She
walked in and looked around. Sora jumped when she heard a strange noise.
Where did that come from? Her eyes traveled over the urinals and stalls.
They stopped on the last stall. The door was shut and locked. She walked
quietly down to the last stall and peaked underneath. What she was were two
pairs of feet. She recognized both. What are they doing in there?
Suddenly curious as to why the two boys were locked in the stall together,
she stepped into the neighboring stall and stood on the toilet seat. She
peaked over the top. What she saw was something unexpected. Yamato and
Taichi had their arms around each other and were kissing passionately. No!
NO! Not *my* Taichi! That bastard stole him from me!
The boys’ heads shot up when they heard the sob from above them. They both
saw Sora before she jumped off the seat and ran out of the bathroom.
“Sora! Wait!” Taichi shouted as he threw open the stall door and chased
after her.
“Tai!” Yamato shouted after his love.
When she got back to the picnic site, she threw herself into Mimi’s arms and
sobbed. Taichi and Yamato arrived seconds after her. They looked fearfully
at their friends faces.
“It’s alright. I told them after Sora left,” River said.
Sora looked up at the red headed boy. Then at the rest of her friends. They
all know? Why aren’t they upset? They should be upset! Taichi was mine! Not
his!
“You should have told us before Taichi,” Hikari said.
“We were going to tell you all today.”
“Sorry guys but when Sora ran off to find you, I knew she’d find out so I
told them all.”
“It’s ok,” Yamato said. “You all seem to be taking it pretty well.”
“I’ve known you two were in love for years,” Mimi commented.
Sora’s head shot up. “What?!”
“It was really obvious if you looked at them.”
“I can’t believe this! Your all acting like it’s ok! It’s not! They’re both
*boys*!”
“Shut up you stupid bitch! There’s noting wrong with that!” Kaspian shouted.
“Kas!” Hikari gasped.
“I’m sick of people like you always putting them down!”
Sora stared wide eyed at the red faced boy. Kaspian’s eyes were cold and
deadly. His teeth were clenched and his hands were in fists at his side, his
knuckles white. River noticed his ears were bright red, something that only
happened when he was really excited or very upset.
“Your no better then my mother,” the boy hissed before he turned and walked
away. His girlfriend followed, a confused look on her face.
“Way to go!” River growled following after his younger brother.
Daisuke and Takeru looked at each other confused.
“Sora you should be happy for Taichi and Yamato,” Mimi told her.
“Happy for them! That rat stole him from me!” she shouted.
“What?!” Taichi gasped. “Sora I was never yours. I’ve been in love with
Yamato for years. Your just my friend.”
“What about our date? Our kiss? Didn’t that mean anything to you?”
“You kissed her!?” Yamato asked.
“It was nothing, Yama. Sora, I told you then that it didn’t feel right. When
I kiss Yamato it feels right. I feel like I’m in heaven.”
“Taichi it’s wrong. It’s supposed to be you and me!”
“Sora your being very selfish,” Mimi said.
Sora glared at the pink haired girl.
“Fine!” she screamed. “When you come to your senses Taichi, you know where
to find me.”
“Don’t hold your breath!” Yamato shouted as she ran off.
“I didn’t think it would turn out that bad.”
“The rest of us support you two,” Miyako told him.
“I think we should go find the others,” Takeru finally spoke up.
“Yeah. I’ve never seen Kaspian or River get that angry before.”
The remaining digidestined headed off in the direction their friends had
gone. They soon stopped when they saw Hikari standing a few feet away from
the two brothers. The two boys were sitting on the ground, against a tree.
River had his arms wrapped tightly around his brother, whispering to him.
While Kaspian had his face pressed against his brother’s chest sobbing
loudly.
“It was just like before. She was just like mom.”
“I know Baby K. I know.”
“She didn’t care whose feelings she was hurting.”
“Shush. That was years ago. She can’t hurt you anymore.”
“She hurt you too! Just like Sora hurt Taichi and Matt. She didn’t care. She
just accused. She couldn’t accept it. Dad did, he’d tease you about it. I
wasn’t ok with it at first but I was after, because I love you, ‘cause
you’re my Big Ri.”
“I know.”
The group stood staring at them in shock or confusion. Either they
understood what was going on or they didn’t.
“River? Is he okay?” Taichi asked, finally breaking the silence in the
group.
“He’ll be fine he just needs to calm down. Hikari can you take my place?”
“Of course,” she replied as she walked toward them.
River untangled himself from his brothers grasp and stood up. As he walked
to his friends. Hikari sat down and pulled her boyfriend into her arms.
“River what’s going on?” Yamato asked.
River glanced at his brother. Then his eyes wandered over each of his
concerned friends’ faces.
“I was one of the reasons why my parents got divorced. A few years ago I
started seeing a guy. I told Kas about it. At first he told me it was gross
and that I should stop seeing him. But he soon came around and accepted it.
Kas sort of blurted it out to our dad by accident. He was angry that I
hadn’t told him but he was ok with it. My mom found out when she walked in
on us making out in my room. She freaked out after that she’d scream at us
all. When Kaspian would stick up for me she’d accuse him of being gay too.
She just wouldn’t let me be happy. So finally dad couldn’t take the way she
was treating us anymore and filed for a divorce. When he filed for custody
of me and Kas she didn’t put up any fight. It was really painful for us all,
Kas the most. He loved mom, they were very close up until then. When Sora
started yelling at you two it sort of triggered all the pain that he had
from before, but he’ll be fine.”
“Are you sure?” Mimi asked staring at him concerned.
“Yeah. I’d better take him home.”
“Maybe we should all go home,” Taichi added.
The other all nodded. Taichi looked at Yamato.
“Do you wanna come over?”
“Sure.”
“Hikari! We’re going home,” Taichi called.
River walked over to her and Kaspian. He held out his hand to his brother.
Kas took his hand and was pulled to is feet. They walked back to the others.
“Takeru are you coming to Tai’s too?”
“No, Daisuke and I are going to Iori’s place,” he answered.
Everyone started to head off except River. Taichi turned around and looked
at him.
“Aren’t you coming?”
“I’ll catch up in a bit. I just need to think.”
“Oh ok.”
Koushiro glanced back at River. Sighing, he turned around and walked back to
where the other red head was now sitting. Noticing Koushiro had turned
around Jyou followed.
“Are you ok?” Koushiro asked.
“Yeah, I’m fine,” River replied, unconvincingly.
Koushiro sat down across from him.
“Go home, Little Red.”
“I’ll go when you do.”
The two boys sat there in silence. Staring at each other. Finally River
broke the silence.
“Jyou, you don’t need to hid.”
Jyou stepped out from behind the tree he’d been hiding behind.
“How did you know I was there?”
River shrugged. “Just did.”
“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have been spying on you two. If...if you two want to
be together that’s fine by me. I’m happy for you.”
The red heads looked at each other confused, as Jyou slowly backed away from
them. Suddenly realization hit both boys.
“Jyou, were not seeing each other,” River told him.
“You aren’t?”
“No.”
“Why would you think that Jyou?” Koushiro asked.
“During the picnic you two were talking a lot and River put his arm around
you. I just assumed that you two like each other.”
“Even if I did want to date Little Red, he wouldn’t let me. He likes someone
else.”
“Oh,” he said. His face falling a little bit more. “Who?”
Koushiro looked at Jyou, then at River. River smiled reassuringly at him.
“I...I like...you, Jyou.”
Jyou started to choke. Both boys immediately went to him.
“Breath, Jyou,” River said.
The taller boy took a deep breath. Once he was breathing normally and his
face wasn’t as red. He looked at Koushiro’s worried face.
“Did you really mean that?”
“Of course I did Jyou. I’ve liked you for a while now.”
Jyou grabbed the smaller boy and kissed him full on the lips.
“Good. I like you too.”
As they kissed again. River walked off toward him. A grin on his face and
mischief in his eyes.

Taichi and Yamato were snuggling beneath the covers of Taichi’s bed. Yamato
was sleeping over. Taichi had asked him if he wanted to, on their walk home.
Yamato practically jumped for joy at the thought of spending the night at
his Kitten’s. Now here he was lying in Tai’s bed, his Kitten in his arms.
The brunette’s head was resting on his love’s chest, being lulled by the
beat of Yamato’s heart.
“Do you believe him?” Yamato asked, breaking the silence.
“Believe who?”
“River.”
“About what?”
“Jyou and Koushiro.”
“As strange as it sounds. Yeah I do.” Taichi lifted his head up to look the
other boy in the eye. “He knew about us and he planned the sleep over with
the purpose of getting us together. I could see him setting Jyou and
Koushiro up too. He’s sneaky.”
“I wonder who’s next.”
“Well who’s not seeing anyone?”
“Takeru, Daisuke, Miyako, Mimi, Sora, and Iori.”
“Cross Sora and Iori off the list.”
“Why?”
“He doesn’t like Sora, for obvious reasons, and Iori’s too young. He’s only
eleven.”
“Ok, enough talk,” Yamato said, as he pushed Tai onto his back and started
to kiss him. Taichi wrapped his arms around Yamato’s waist. Matt’s fingers
lightly danced down his lover’s chest to the hem of his t-shirt. He pushed
the shirt up Tai’s torso. Taichi lifted his arms up as Yamato pushed the
shirt over his head and threw it across the room. His shirt soon after
joined the others. Yamato laid back down and started kissing Taichi again.
His tongue rubbed and enticed his lover’s into play.
Taichi rubbed Matt’s back tenderly. He brought his hands up to run through
his loves silky blonde locks. Yamato pulled his lips away from the other
boy’s. He kissed a gentle path to Taichi’s neck, they moved their way up to
his ear. Where Yamato gently nipped Tai’s earlobe. He slid his mouth to just
below Tai’s ear and sucked softly.
When Taichi started mewing, Yamato ran his hand down his lover’s chest,
stopping only to stroke his loves through his boxers. Taichi gasped, but
soon relaxed in his love’s touch. Yamato grinned against his neck, as the
brunette started making a purr-like noise in the back of his throat.
Yamato kissed his way down Taichi’s neck and collar bone. He grazed his lips
against one of Tai’s nipple. Tai started mewing louder when Yamato sucked on
the small nub. He groaned disappointedly when he felt his lover’s lips left
him, but grinned when Matt gave his other nipple the same attention the
first had got. When the blonde had Tai quivering in his arms, he kissed his
way down his stomach, stopping when he reached the edge of Tai’s boxers.
Yamato looked up at his lover. Tai was panting hard, sweat covering his
body. Matt slipped his fingers beneath the elastic in Tai’s boxers and
slowly pulled them down the other boy’s legs. He threw them across the room
to join both his and Tai’s shirts. He stared at his lover’s body.
“Your beautiful.”
Tai blushed at the pure desire in his lover’s voice and sapphire blue eyes.
Matt moved back up Taichi’s body, and kissed him hard. His hand moved back
down the brunette’s body, gently grasped Tai’s manhood, and started to
stroke it with a firm yet gentle grip. Tai’s hips raised under his lover’s
touch. He ran his hands down Yamato’s back and slipped one beneath the waist
band of the blonde’s boxers. His hand moved to the front of Matt’s body.
Yamato groaned loudly into his lover’s mouth, when he felt Taichi’s hand
wrap around his manhood. He moaned even louder when Taichi imitated his
stokes. Tai mewed softly when Yamato stroked him faster, his own hand
mimicked the other boys. They both sped up more. Pulling their lips away
from the other’s. They both cried out the other’s name as they came in each
other’s loving hand. Yamato covered his lover’s face in soft kisses.
*KNOCK KNOCK*
Both boys jumped.
“Taichi?” his mother called.
“Yes?” he croaked. He coughed, “Yeah, mom?”
“What are you two boys doing in there? Your being awfully loud.”
“We were just playing N64 mom. I beat Yamato at a game and he got angry with
me, so we were fighting.”
“Well could you fight quieter it’s 2 am!”
“Sorry mom! We’ll go to bed now.”
“Sorry, Mrs. Kamiya.”
“Good night, boys.”
“Night!” they both called through the door.
“That was close! Good thing I got the lock on my door,” Taichi said
relieved.
“Should we continue?”
“I don’t think so. We’ve only been going out for a few days now. Maybe we
should wait a while longer, we don’t need to rush into it. Also the last
thing we need is for my mom to come back and complain about our ‘fighting’
while we’re in the middle of making love.”
“Yeah your right,” Yamato agreed as he leaned over and kissed his Kitten.
Matt stood up and straighted his boxers, then walked across the room to
retrieve Taichi’s. He slipped back into bed and handed them back to Tai. Who
quickly slid them on and then snuggled against Yamato’s chest. Taichi fell
asleep to the soft lulling beat of Yamato’s heart and Matt to the sweet
sound of Tai’s even breathing.
In the room across the hall Hikari slept happily. Dreaming of Kaspian
singing the Our Lady Peace songs that danced from her head phones to her
ears.
In a room across town three boys snuggled into their blankets, after they
finally decided to put there slumber party to rest.
Mimi was wrapped in her warm pink comforter, a pink haired princess dreaming
of a perfect prince. Miyako slept no more then 5 feet away from her on a
guest bed in Mimi’s room, dreaming of adventure and love.
Koushiro tapped merrily away at his computer. Telling his journal about his
day. Making a new friend and finally telling Jyou how he felt about him.
A blue haired boy slept peacefully in his bed, he sighed, “Koushiro,” as he
rolled over. His arms wrapping tightly around his pillow.
An angry girl dreamt evil dreams of sabotage and hate.
In a room down the hall from the Kamiya’s a boy laid in his bed dreaming of
his first love. His first girlfriend. Hopefully his only.
Across the hall his brother laid on his bed. Staring sadly a picture in his
hand. He leaned down and kissed it gently. Then placed it in he bed side
table. He turned off his lamp and got comfortable in his bed. Another night
to dream of the past and a future he wished to have.

End Notes: I was going to have Matt and Tai go all the way, but I decided
that it went against my morals and this is my story so they go by those.
Also this story was just going to have Jyoushiro hinting but some how it
turned out differently. I hope everyone liked it. Drop me some feedback. I
like to know when what I write is good or sucky.
