Ascott

With the ability to summon beasts, Ascott is a formidable opponent, even though his looks may be a bit deceiving. He tends to care more for the creatures he summons than anyone else, and cries everytime one of them is defeated by the Magic Knights. In the second season, Ascott appears much older and develops a 'thing' for Umi (Or at least from what I can tell, the tape was raw) which is rather odd considering she smacked him around quite a bit. He appears to be a minion of Zagato at the beginning of the series, but once again, looks can be deceiving! ~_^ Ascott's seiyuu is Minami Takayama.
