The truly evil left hand, or right hand, whatever you wanna call him, of High Priest Zagato. He seems less reckless than all the others, and very quiet. To be honest, he doesn't even appear in the series much! He fights once, and takes advantage of Fuu's and Ferio's feelings for eachother. ~_^ His seiyuu is Ryoutarou Okiayu.
