Miralupa
Miralupa is the Dorok Emperor's vicious, manipulative brother. He controls the people under his command by reading their thoughts, and his magical abilities.
Miralupa searches for Nausicaa constantly in the manga. Using his magic, he searches for her in a strange blob-like form, in a dreamy, hazey sequence of events. The first two times, the spirit of Holy One protected her, and the third time Nausicaa's horseclaw shields her.
Miralupa's body became decayed, thereby forcing him to have constant treatments on it in tanks.
