SWEET KISSES A tear fell from the small girls face as she sat staring out her window. They had left her. They didn't give a warning or a note or even a good-bye. They just left. Nothing. Lina, Gourry, Xellos.......Zelgadis. Amelia sobbed quietly. She would never let anyone know what she was feeling inside. No. She couldn't. She had a duty.....didn't she? She wanted to die, right then and there. knock..knock. The tapping was so quiet, Amelia almost didn't hear it. "It's far past midnight. Who could that be?" She stood, thinking this to herself. She opened the door and gasped. "Zelgadis?!" She exclaimed quietly, bringing a blushing smile to his face. It had taken so much courage just to come back here, and fear was not going to stop him now. He couldn't beleive that he could miss her so much. He felt his heart would burst everynight without her sweet voice echoing nearby. Zel stepped into the room, immediatly wrapping his arms around her waist and bringing her lips into contact with his. Amelia was shocked, but recovered, pressing into him even more, then wrapping her arms around his neck, sighing between their lips. Zel pulled away, tasting the salty tears. "You were crying?" He looked so worried, his eyes glistening as if he were getting ready to cry as well. Amelia smiled. "Yes, but I don't need to now." Zel smiled back and hugged her tightly, picking her up and carrying her over to the bed, laying her on her back, then sliding on top of her. THE END
