Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

What are each of your Chinese astrological signs?

Sephiroth's Worshipper

Dear Sephiroth's Worshipper,

Tomo: Rooster
Nakago: Ox
Ashitare: Dog
Soi: Goat
Amiboshi/Suboshi: Snake
Miboshi: Monkey

Seishi

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Hi...I heard you guys are really good at giving advice to
people..could you help me out with one of my problems? You see, I'm quite a
small-sized girl, abit on the teensy-weensy side..you get the idea. So
just because of that, alot of people look down on me and they think
that I'm weaker than them or something. So they go around, treating me
without an ounce of respect..rggg! It makes me reallly mad. I may be small
but I bet I could beat the crap out of anyone of them anytime,
anyday...I tried to tell them that I don't take any disrespect from anybody,
but they wouldn't listen to me..well..because I'm smaller than them.
Grrrrr it really makes me mad when people look at me and think I'm not
strong. I really feel like wallopping them but I could get into serious
trouble. Is there anything else I could do to earn some respect from them?
Maybe I should just lose the pigtails and do a ponytail instead....:(
(Nakago: Do you suggest that I just kick them or slap them aroun!
d a little?) Sorry if I seemed a little freaky ^_^'. One of them told
me today that I would probably grow up to be a total wimp. HELP!! I
can't take this anymore!X(

i'm-not-a-wimp

Dear not a wimp,

Ashitare: You don't need to prove anything to them; attitude is the important part. Be confident in yourself, and remember that they really aren't worth the waste of your time.

Amiboshi: Just ignore them! Why should you care what they have to say?

Suboshi: Right. Aniki and I are short, too, and so is Soi; it doesn't make us any less strong. Don't let it get to you.

Seishi

Dear Nakago,

I apologize for the lateness of my birthday greetings to you,
but you have the same birthday as one of my relatives. (Just your luck,
huh?)
But just to be sure you haven't been forgotten, I give you these fine
gifts. *gives seishi a gift certificate for dinner for two at a Japanese
restaurant, and a voodoo doll shaped like a certain deranged circus
clown* I gave Soi a Tomo doll as well, but it didn't work when the pin got
stuck in it. Maybe this one will work better. *hands Nakago a
particularly large pin* See if that works. It might, it might not.

Anyway, seeing as how you don't care for cake, I didn't make one, but
if you change your mind, Ashitare's cake is big enough that everyone can
have a piece. Just hope you have a taste for rum. Happy belated
birthday Nakago.

Lady Shera

Dear Lady Shera,

Thank you for the gifts. I tried the doll; all that happened was Tomo whined about backaches for about three days. But a noble effort nonetheless.

Nakago

Dear Tomo,

um...In regards to your reply to Rouge the Idiot, about pulling Hotohori's hair...What did you MEAN, other things?

Moeru

Dear Moeru,

    Use your imagination.

Tomo

Dear Ashitare,

I realize that you are next on the birthday list (11/21) if memory serves. Therefore, I present you with your birthday gifts and cake.

*presents seishi with a very tall butter rum cake with sugar rum glaze on top* I know you have a bit of a sweet tooth, and there is plenty to share with the other seishi should you choose to do so. And for your presents I give you these wonderful items *give seishi a 5000 ryou gift certificate to his favorite bookstore, a box of assorted teas (Try the mango tea, it's wonderful!), and a collection of Mozart CDs. I hope you like all these presents. Happy birthday, Ashitare. *lights candles* Make a wish!

Lady Shera

Dear Lady Shera,

Oh my goodness! You've stunned my eloquence with your wonderful gifts...all I can think to say is...thank you. Thank you very much!

Ashitare

Dear Soi,

Arigatou gozaimasu!!!
You are just so cool, I cried more over your death than I did over Chiriko's..^_^
Thank you for the wonderful advice...can I be your little sister?

Yakouju

Dear Yakouju,

Thank you! Glad to be of help. Yes, you may.

Soi

Dear Soi,

i dont get it, why do u like nakago? you know that nakago
would never like you. he's in love with miaka so i think you should just
dive up already.

rena

Dear rena,

In love with Miaka?? Where in the world did you get such insanely misguided information?

Soi

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Dear Seishi,
I am a newbie to the Fushigi Yuugi universe. I rented episodes
26-52 at the video store (because that was all they had). Before I get to
my question(s), I have to say I was very impressed with the show. I
had never heard of Fushigi Yuugi until I had came across it by accident
on the internet. At first I wrote it off as just another shojo-girly
thing until I saw the image gallery. I'll be honest, I not into blondes,
but you, Nakago have changed my mind. I can kind of related be with
the Seiriyu seishi better than the Sazaku seishi (If you ask me that
Miaka chick is down right ANNOYING). I'm in a hurry so I will get right to
my question: The holidays are coming up real soon so I am wondering,
What are each of you planning for the yule tide celebration, that if you
even celebrate at all? Many praises and keep up the good work

P.S. You and I are a lot alike Nakago

miko06

Dear miko06,

Ashitare: I take any opportunity presented to me to celebrate; I'll be making a big, gourmet dinner for everyone who would like to join in. There will, of course, be a good wine to go with the meal. If everyone's up to a bit of poetry reading after the meal, so much the better.

Amiboshi: I'm getting into the Christmas spirit by buying little presents for everyone, but I can't say what they are because it's a surprise. ^_^ I'm also sending cards to Yui and Miaka, because I want them to feel very appreciated on Christmas.

Suboshi: I bought very special presents for a few people, and I'll celebrate with Aniki.

Soi: I'm making a special dinner for Nakago, and I hope we'll spend it together, just the two of us.

Tomo: What Soi said, but with music, and...other things.

Nakago: *rolls eyes* (At Soi and Tomo, not at your comments)

Miboshi: Hopefully, I can get in on one of these dinners.

Seishi

Dear Soi,

Arigato for adopting me! I feel special now. And I also have a
sister! Sugoi!
I talked to Dewdrop and she says she understands about the letter
thing. She's asked a few questions to the Suzaku. She wants to know if you
could ask Nakago for her. She says she doesn't want to be a bother and
ask him again.
Here's a question from me... How much do you hate Tomo-baka, and why do
you hate him so much? Gomen, I just had to ask. well I'm gonna go.
Byez!
P.s. how do you say sister in Japanese?

Rena Maxwell

Dear Rena Maxwell,

Nakago says go ahead and ask directly; it doesn't bother him. He hates Tomo because Tomo used his shin to dredge up some very bad memories and tends to use that information against him, as well as...well, have you met Tomo?

And in Japanese:

Big sister: Oneisan/chan (used like "Oniisan" or "Aniki", in place of the name)

Little sister: Imotousan (when you address her, you use name+"chan")

Soi

Dear Nakago,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NAKAGO-SAMA! ^_^ I was actually supposed to do
a shrine for you by today, but because my stupid brother forgot to
teach me how to use HTML and Photoshop, sadly I couldn't . So anyways,
here's a poem I was actually supposed to put up on my shrine for you( To
the owner of this site: feel free to add your comments^_^)
Sometimes when one feels,
That enemies are all around,
Or when one reaches out for help,
No help can be found;

Or when one looks into the sky,
And pleads for abit of aid,
And all one feels is that there are none,
And one's heart is filled with hate.

Look into yourself again,
And brush aside your fear,
Grasp all the strength you have;
Never mind if the end is near.

Fight on, even if hope is frail,
You know that you will win,
Because a battle is only won,
Because of the strength within.
( ARGG...I hope you like it...this is the first time I've ever written
a poem and let someone other than my parents see it ^_^' I know it
isn't very good, but , hope ya like it anyways..oh dear , this is very
embarassing T_T)And again, Shen Re Kuai Le, Nakago-sama! ^_^

Embarassed Nakago Fangirl T_T

Dear Nakago Fangirl,

Thank you for the poem. I enjoyed and appreciate it, and thank you for sharing it with us.

Nakago

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Hi I'm Maiko Tenjou Dark Rose Bride/Duelist of Dios from the
Revolutionary Girl Utena universe *bows* anyways I was wondering if
Nakago agrees with my plan to kidnap Akio Ohtori(junior chairman at the
school where the duels take place.Ohtori Academy is the name of the
school) if one of you will help?

Maiko Tenjou the Dark Rose Bride/Duelist

Dear Maiko Tenjou,

Suboshi: *shrugs* I don't know. Why do we want to kidnap him?

Amiboshi: I don't even know who that is...I don't think I should be helping kidnap her.

Ashitare: My days of committing felonies are long since past.

Soi: No, thanks.

Tomo: Kidnap how? Details, please.

Miboshi: I might. What's in it for me?

Seishi

Dear Amiboshi,

i thought i would let you know that my twin friends ae cosplaying you and Suboshi at Ohayocon.....they're girls.....are we crazy or is it just me and do you ever fight with the tomo and that lot?

~Ari-chan~

Dear ~Ari-chan~,

As long as you have good costumes, I don't think there's anything bad. You're right - Tomo and I don't get along very well...

Amiboshi

Dear Tomo,

My friend and you are so much alike, her name is Millie she
loves to sing and dance, she has a really good voice too. I think you two
should talk maybe you two could learn something from each other. Also
will you be my brother. I will give you a cookie. :D

Atsumi

Dear Atsumi,

She sounds interesting. I will, if you want me to. And thank you for the cookie.

Tomo

Dear Nakago,

*wicked pout and smirk*
Well, he may have his uses, perhaps...*thinks about it*
Maybe we can stuff him full of kodoku again and make him do something
useful..after all, he merely sits around saying "Miaka" and counting his
money!
*exasperated sigh*
Anyhow...Would you like to go over to the Colosseum, beat a few morons
about the head and other various body places and then go out for a nice
lunch?
^_^
I have this nifty world-crossing machine I stole from Washu, so...I can
get there, you know! ^_^

Kurayami

Dear Kurayami,

It sounds interesting, but I'm afraid I don't have time. Ask Suboshi; he's a fan of beting people up at random. And eating.

Nakago

Dear Tomo,

f*** you. we all knowur gay so stop hideing it. and tell ashtire to go s**** a mouse we all know he wants too.

Piro

Dear Piro,

Tomo: Charming. Since when did I ever "hide" that I'm gay? I always thought it was obvious, but then you don't strike me as the sharpest knife in the drawer. We passed this letter around and none of us have the slightest idea what you mean. I suppose it's for the best. Now, frankly, you're boring us. When you have something meaningful to say, and learn to type coherently, let us know.

Ashitare: Your lack of intelligence and inability to spell or even put two words together coherently shall never cease to amaze me. Now that you've also revealed
yourself as small minded and bigotted, I think I've become even more impressed at the levels to which humanity is capable of sinking. Now, why don't you go do something productive and proactive, like playing in the middle of a busy intersection?

Tomo and Ashitare

Dear Nakago,

Who do you think is the best miko - Miaka or Yui?

Huynh Nguyen Xuan Anh

Dear Huynh Nguyen Xuan Anh,

Of course Yui, though as far as sheer devotion to the position I'd have to say Miaka.

Nakago

Dear Soi,

How do you reject someone whos interested, but you're not?

kiddykins

Dear kiddykins,

Very, very gently. Just say that you see the person as a friend, not as a lover. Be honest, but not mean. Usually, the person may be upset at first, but they'll respect your honesty.

Soi

Dear Nakago,

Do you ever just wanna kill little kids?

Tana

Dear Tana,

    No.

Nakago

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Have any of you watched Dark Water...ya know, that scary movie
directed by Hideo Nakata...(it really freaked me out). What do you
think of the movie?

Malfoy no Miko

Dear Malfoy no Miko,

Amiboshi: I don't think I've seen that one yet, but I definitely will now! Have you seen "Ringu"? That one was pretty scary too...

Soi: I haven't; I'll have to look for it. If you like Japanese horror films, also try "Kairo." It's amazing.

Suboshi: Or "Battle Royale", if you're into shock (and old enough to watch it--it is most definitely an adult movie). Not a horror movie per se, but still scary.

Ashitare: I don't watch many movies - I spend most of my time reading

Seishi

Dear Nakago,

Why we want to help you?. Well we know how much you want to
killed Tasuki and we want to do something close to help you killed him.
Guni is... you can say is very close to him. But he cares for her very
much and has asked her to help beside him to take care of his neice,
Lita. We found out later,Guni is in love with the fool....real love..But
his love for her has not been known. But Guni can be help to get
Tasuki...while at the same time we can killed our enemy ,Guni....she was fool
in the past that couldn't killed us...The only person we want is
Guni...*evil smile at him*.but now we have a score to take care of...don't
you agree?
(My sisters are out thinking of a plan)

Lung- Lung

Dear Lung-Lung,

Sounds like something I don't want to get involved in. But if you want to get rid of Tasuki, go right ahead.

Nakago

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

I don't want to move to my new school. Can you do something
about it for me? Or at least give me some advice...bye

YP

Dear YP,

Amiboshi: I know it must be sad to go to a new school, but you'll be able to make a lot of new friends, right?Try to be positive and it won't seem so bad!

Ashitare: Unless you are an emancipated adult, there's not much you can do. Maybe try looking forward to a new library to explore?

Soi: I'm afraid there's not much to be done about it, but keep a positive outlook. Sometimes, the very best things come out of what we fear the most. Good luck, and we're here if you need us!

Seishi

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Do any of you like Britney ...? *raises an eyebrow suspiciously* I've heard that SOMEONE around here likes her...( Man in white jacket: Now now dear, don't get all worked up, it's nearly time for you to return to the asylum.)

Anti-Britney Club President

Dear Anti-Britney Club President,

Nakago: No. She's too..perky.

Suboshi: Don't really care.

Amiboshi: She's okay...I think. She's very blonde.

Ashitare: Gag me with a spoon.

Soi: Ew, no. Talk about setting back the feminist movement...and a very poor role model for girls, I might add.

Tomo: If she had any musical talent, I might, but she doesn't. Not a bad dancer though.

Miboshi: She'd make good demon food.

Seishi

Dear Nakago,

Do you want to change the wold? If so do you want to find the
shikon no tama to become a full yokai?

Inu-Yasha fan

Dear Inu-Yasha fan,

    What are you talking about?

Nakago

Dear Amiboshi,

Okay, seriously, why do you think Tasuki is nice? Well..all right ,maybe he is, each man(and woman ^_^) has their individual views, but I seriously didn't like him after he threw that knife and killed Soi...and I hated him even more after I found out that it was actually meant for Nakago.=P Do you particularly hate anybody from the Suzaku side, or are they all relatively nice to all of you?

Jials the Big Bad Pervert with a Headache

Dear Jials,

I guess I'm just very easy going. I get along with everyone on the Suzaku said okay. The only seishi I really have any problems with at all are Nakago, Tomo,
and Miboshi. Miboshi is getting better with time, though...

Amiboshi

Dear Ashitare,

Okay, then, I guess Piro's going to dig herself into a hole with her letters to you, so I'll stay out of this one! <hey, my insane need to protect my buds against bad guys only goes so far, ya know?>Anyways...Although I dislike the fact that you did kill Nuriko, you are an OK character! ^_^ I also "hear" you're looking for good books! Have you ever read the Icewind Dale Trilogy by R.A. Salvatore? If not, try to! They are an excellent read! ^.-

Flame the Whip Girl

Dear Flame the Whip Girl,

Well, thank you for your approval. And truly, thank you for your book recommendation - I'll add it to my list of books. I'm always in the market for something
good to read.

Ashitare

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Why is my friend totally obsesed with this site and thus won't let me finish my spanish?

E~chan

Dear E~chan,

Tomo: Because this site is addictive...after all, who better to spend your time with than us?

Ashitare: Your friend has good taste.

Amiboshi: Because we're fun?

Soi: You really should finish your Spanish, though. That's important.

Seishi

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Do you know Dragonball Z? Almost everybody does, so here goes.
It's the only other anime I've seen with powerful guys that have chi
(ki) blasts.

If Nakago faught Super Saiyan Goku Who'd win?
Super Saiyan Vegeta?
Super Saiyan Gohan?
Super Saiyan Trunks (Future and/or young)?
Super Saiyan Goten?
(I think Nakago would win these next ones for sure.)
Krillin?
Piccolo?
Tien?

Well, that's enough for now.

FY and DBZ fan

Dear FY and DBZ fan,

Nakago: I don't know; I've never seen it.

Ashitare: Vegeta? Are we talking about him fighting food or seomthing? I have no idea what you're speaking of.

Amiboshi: I think Nakago would win against all of them, because he's very...er...cunning.

Suboshi: He'd probably win, although it'd be fun to see Nakago get his butt kicked once in awhile.

Seishi

Dear Nakago,

Hello i'm jial's little sister ^_^. my name's myra, and i just
wanna say happy belated birthday nakago-sama! ( what does sama mean?)
she's really crazy about you and everythin ^_^. anyway heres your
birthday present and everythin . jials made it herself * gives nakago a plate
of siew mai* hope ya like it and everythin :)

ps. don't tell my sis about this i can only type this in because she's
in the ladie's room :)

myra

Dear myra,

Thank you for the gift; I appreciate it. "Sama" is a title, lord or lady in English. Why doesn't your sister let you type?

Nakago

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

* bursts in * HAS ANYBODY SEEN MY SISTER AROUND HERE??????? *
smoke spewing out from ears* I HOPE SHE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING RELATIVELY HARMFUL AROUND HERE, OR THERE'S GONNA BE SOME DEATH AND DESTRUCTION AROUND THE PLACE!!

jials the terribly worried big and very bad pervert

Dear jials,

We did see her, but no worries. She was charming.

Seishi

Dear Nakago,

What do you think about the kid that made Tasuki go soft?

Turkey Lurkey

Dear Turkey Lurkey,

What kid? Who are you referring to?

Nakago

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Er...can anybody suggest some ways to get rid of that
goody-goody prat Harry Potter before the next Quidditch match? Better still if
it's excruciating (for him of course) * evil smirk*
Ps. Nakago, you're wayyyyy coool! Coulda sign my broom for me? * hands
quill to Nakago*

Draco Malfoy

Dear Draco Malfoy,

Amiboshi: But...I like Harry Potter.

Suboshi: Aniki, I love you, but you have no imagination. Draco, that's what weapons are for. A few well placed blows when he's not looking, and that ought to take him out. If he hit him while he's eating, he might choke--that'd be a good time..or...the possibilities are endless!

Ashitare: As always, I suggest referring to a guide to poisons for such questions. Those that can be hidden in food and drink are the best if at all possible; contact poisons can cause a bit much collateral damage if you're not careful.

Nakago: *signs broom* Pretend to be friends, gain his trust, and either Ashitare or Suboshi's plans should work--although Ashitare's is better. Suboshi's has too many escape routes.

Miboshi: Hell demons. That's all I have to say.

Seishi

Dear Nakago,

The pink haired devil is evil! EVIL!!! She's sugary sweet
and makes me sick to my stomach! She works with that twit Sailor Moon!
EVIL!!!! She is not useful! EVIL!!!!

Melyn the Otaku

Dear Melyn the Otaku,

"She's sugary sweet and makes me sick to my stomach!" The same could be said of Miaka. But, having not met this pink-haired twit, why is she evil?

Nakago

Dear Ashitare,

I'm out of reading material. Any suggestions?

oy

Dear oy,

It depends on what sort of thing you're looking for. I always recommend Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, the Bronte sisters, Poe, and, of course, Mark Twain. If you wish for something a bit more modern, here are a few suggestions for more recently published works:
Memoirs of a Geisha - Arthur S. Golden
Waiting - Ha Jin
Interpreter of Maladies - Jhumpa Lahiri
A Suitable Boy: A Novel - Vikram Seth
If you more in the mood for science fiction or
fantasy, I could recommend the following:
Lord of the Rings - JRR Tolkien
Neuromancer - William Gibson (Burning Chrome is an
excellent short story collection, as well)
Snow Crash - Neil Stephenson

Ashitare

Dear Seiryuu Seishi,

Would anybody like me to bust up somebody for you? Lessay,
anybody from the Suzaku Seishi?Of course...I'll do it for a small
fee...breaking limbs will cost about 20 yuan each, if you want me to give them
paralysis however, it'll cost 50, if you want me to give them
hemmorhage ,I'll give you a special discount, mebbe bout twenty percent off 70
yuan. If you want me to do all of the above, half-price for everything
added up together. Sorry, no murders committed, you'll have to order
some from my comrade December instead.

Hitwoman no.2

Dear Hitwoman no.2,

Suboshi: Hire someone to beat up the Suzaku? What's the fun in that? Do I at least get to watch?

Nakago: No, thank you; if you're not going to finish them off, why bother?

Ashitare: I believe in doing my own dirty work, but thank you for the offer.

Amiboshi: But...I like all the Suzaku Seishi...

Seishi

Dear Amiboshi,

Thanks for not being so mad at me.Could you help me with something?Every time I look in the moon I feel like there is a connection with me and the moon it scary because I alway hear someone saying come Allen B.I try not looking at the moon but I can't.Could you help me*hug* that for the thanks if you help me.

Allen B

Dear Allen B,

I don't think I can really help with that. All I can say is that maybe it's not a bad thing to feel a deep connection to something. I have a deep connection with Suboshi, after all.

Amiboshi
