Personality:
Mako has a very passive and sincere attitude toward life. Although she is self-consious of her height, Mako is the one that everyone looks up to (literally!) She is occasionally pouting about how boys are too intimidated about her height and she can never find a guy to go out with her *sadness*. This puts an emotional bruise on Mako's life and she feel's she has to show people how she has a soft side to her personality and this is how she learned to cook! Mako thought that cooking would bring out the soft side of her and let people warm-up to her more easily. I suppose that it works in some cases (like Usagi). You know what they say: "The only way to a persons heart is to go through their stomachs!" Or something like that...^_^;; Through all of that toughness she just wants to be pretty and feminine!

Family:
Well, there's not much to say about Mako's family. Her parents died in a plane crash when she was little and she's had to live very independantly throughout her life and she even started living alone at a very young age. During the S season, Mako claimed that she couldn't have a cat because her mom had allergies (there's American Dubbing at it's best)

School:
Mako is a bit on the lazy side when it comes to school but she can make good grades when she tries. When her and Usagi were looking at their test scores Usagi suggested that they do something crazy like studying next time!(yeah right)

Romances:
Ah Romance, something that Mako dreams of having! Mako did have this thing called love at one point in her life but it just didn't work out. She was going out with some guy named Freddy and she met up with him in a gazebo in the park one rainy day. She was only invited there so Freddy could dump her.She felt like her heart was eaten and reguritated and pooped on by the Taco Bell dog! But along comes Ken, her freind, and comforts her and she doesn't feel so bad.*yay!* Another thing about Mako and boys is that whenever she sees a guy she thinks is cute she swoons and says: "He looks like my old boyfreind!" *yak* EW! Mako even did the unforgivable!...she fell for Haruka even after she knew she wasn't a guy! *dun dun duuun!* Even though she said she just wanted to make "friends" with her. You just think about that!

Powers:
As the Senshi of Jupiter, Mako can summon the power of thunder, lightning, and the power of nature itself! She can control plants and flowers to do her bidding. She send a rage of flowers to weaken an enemy and so forth. Even though she has this awesome power, Mako still prefers to settle a fight with hand to hand combat but she usually turns to her powers for help.

Personal Note:
I like Mako-chan a lot but I don't really care for her in the English Dub. She's not as charming and as sweet as the Japanese version. In English she's a bit whiny and loud but she's cool none the less! ^_~*

Transformations:
As protectors against evil, all the senshi must transform to their alter ego's: the Sailor Senshi!

Jupiter Power Make-up!/ Jupiter Power!
This Mako's first transformation that she uses throughout the first season and the first half of the second season. Mako holds up her Henshin Pen (Transformation Stick) and then spins around in a storm of crackling lightning and is transformed to Sailor Jupiter and then she does her contorted pose.

Jupiter Star Power Make-up!/ Jupiter Star Power!
This is her Second transformation that she uses throughout the R, S, and part of SuperS seasons. the sequence is exactly the same except that the sign of Jupiter appears in neon green in the back ground when she poses. no big Whoop!

Jupiter Crystal Power Make-Up!/ Jupiter Crystal Power!
This is Mako's final transformation that she uses during the SuperS and the Stars Season. The sequence is the same except that Mako's fuku is upgraded and a neon green wreath of oak leaves appears in the back ground when she poses.

Attacks:
As the the protector of Jupiter, Mako has the power of thunder, lightning, and nature.

Supreme Thunder!/ Jupiter Thunder Crash!
This is Jupiter's basic attack that she gained during the first season. Even though she learns more powerful attacks, she always uses this one. Jupiter calls on the power of her planet and sends an arc of electricity to the foe. This attack has also been named as "Jupiter Thunderbolts Crash" and "Supreme Thunder Crash!"

Jupiter Power!/ Jupiter Power!
Jupiter used this ability in the 1st season. When Princess Serenity was battling Queen Metallia (Queen Beryl) Jupiter gave the sum of her energy to the Princess so she could beat her. She also used this power to create a forcefield to protect Sailor Moon from Kunzite's attacks.

Supreme Thunder Dragon!/ Jupiter Thunder Dragon!
This Jupiter's powered-up attack that she gains in the second season but sho only uses it a couple of times. It's basically the same attack except that the electricity turns into a towering dragon and devours the foe. Spiffy,yes?

Sparkling Wide Pressure!/ Jupiter Thunder Clap Zap!
This is Jupiter's third attack that she uses throughout the R, S, and some of the Super S season. Jupiter is groovin' in front of the screen and steps back and makes a slow clapping gesture. Then she holds her hands apart with blue electricity flowing in between them then she compresses it and throws a pressurised disk of lightning to the foe underhand. coolio!

Jupiter Star Power!/Jupiter Star Power!
This ability is equivelant to Jupiter Power but it's much more powerfull. Jupiter uses this ability to summon up all her energy and harness it into her tiara as to give it to Sailor Moon when she needs help dfeating an enemy. For example:

• The Doom Phantom
• Fiore and the Kisenian
• the asteroid
  

She also uses this ability to use the Sailor Teleport or Sailor Planet Attack.

Jupiter Oak Evolution!/ Jupiter Oak Evolution!
This is Jupiter's final attack that she gained in the SuperS season. Jupiter flings her hand to her side and the sign of Jupiter appears in her palm and is swallowed by lightning. Jupiter is then shown twirling on one foot with a green light eminating from her tiara anttena and Oak leaves spiraling around her. She charges up the leaves with energy and throws her arms up and sends the electrically charged leaves flying at the foe. Very cool!
