murky,oceans of Neptune.As an Outter Scout,Sailor Neptune's power is far greater than that of the Inner Senshi.This is so because on the planet Neptune,Michiru
couldn't call on any other scouts to help her in a battle.Queen Serenity thought that making the outter
scouts stronger gave the universe better protection
against strong, evil, forces.
When she's not battling in the never-ending war against evil,Michiru can be a very pleasant girl to hang around with.She is intelligent,mature,lady-like, and worthy of being a princess.Not to mention that she
is the HOTTEST of all the scouts!Did I mention that she's also FILTHY RICH!!!!! Michiru lives in a manor on the ocean side. Michiru enjoys going to aquariums and art galleries.She enjoys painting,swimming (she saw Ami swimming in a pool,very well I might add,and challenged her to a race.),and Michiru proffesionaly plays the violin.She is world renound for this talent and even has several CD's! It seems that Michiru is a
bit TOO good to be true! Well....she is,besides the fact that she's a cartoon,Michiru is...well.....GAY!
I don't mean to be vulgar, but the fact of the matter is that Michiru enjoys the "company" of women.But not just any woman,Michiru is deeply involved with Haruka(Sailor Uranus)!What a waste!
Oh well,but if she's happy,that's all that matters. And in fact, I do believe that Michiru is happy.
Even if they don't act upon it,you can still see that
little "spark!" But when Michiru first met Haruka,she
didn't even know that Haruka was a chick at all. No one
knew.LITA even thought that Haruka was a guy!
When Michiru found out that Haruka was Sailor Uranus, she felt a mixture of happiness and fear.Michiru wanted Haruka to be apart of her life, but she didn't want her to be in any danger.For this,
Michiru kinda' resents being a scout!But...whadda' ya
gonna do?! Michiru cares for Haruka to such an extent,
that she risks her life for her beloved numerous times!
As an Outter scout,Michiru has certain obligations,
such as protecting the Moon Princess,the universe, and
destroying ANYONE who stands in the way of their mission.Let me explain, the outter scouts have the tedious duty of finding the
Holy Grail.To retrieve the Holy Grail,the scouts must
find the three talisman's that are locked inside the pure heart's of three human's.When the talismans are joined,they form the Holy Grail.If the Grail is held by the true Messiah,the universe would be at peace forever.But if the Grail was to be in the hands of an
evil being,then the "Silence",the END,would fall upon
the universe. To everyone's surprise, Michiru had one of the three talisman's in her own heart! I'm not quite sure how it happened, but
Michiru died and the talisman was removed;her heart was restored immediately and she recovered. Her talisman became the Deep Aqua Mirror.Michiru uses the
mirror to send a powerfull blast of energy,pinpoint an
enemy's weakness, and reveal what cannot be seen by
ordinary human's.It's a real handy tool to have around.
As Sailor Neptune,Michiru can seem as cold and as
distant as Haruka,but the truth is Michiru is a hip,hip lady! And I give her 5 of my energy orbs! GO NEPTUNE!!!^_^

This is Neptunes basic attack. It starts out with a wall of water splashing onto the screen and Neptune is forming a water ball above her head. The orb of water forms itself into a planet of energised water and Neptune spins once and thrusts her palm toward the screen, lunging the water ball to the enemy. This is a really cool attack!
It starts out with a close up of Neptune's face then she puts the Deep Aqua Mirror in the way and spins around holding it at arm legnth. She pulls it close to her chest and thrusts it forward holding the handle and brim. She sends forth a pillar of shimmering energy that can either:
