Setsuna is the Princess of Pluto,and transforms into the Reformation Fighter,Sailor Pluto.During the Silver Millenium,Setsuna was assigned the duty of being the Gaurdian of Time.With this duty came great responsibility and power.Setsuna has to stand gaurd at the Door of Time and Space.Since she has to be so distant from any other planet,Setsuna was given the incredible power of Time itself.Setsuna is the most powerful of the Sailor Scouts.Her powers consist of being able to travel back and forth through time, allowing others to do the same,and even stopping time( but this power is the ULTIMATE "taboo" and using it results in her own death!)
Sailor Pluto is very mysterious.Not much is known about her past.This is because it is "forbidden" to even know of Sailor Pluto,and if she or the Time Door is seen,the penalty is death!Sailor Pluto almost killed Sailor Moon because she thought she was a trespasser and because she was hidden by the fog,so it was all an innocent mistake.In Manga,Pluto was not so forg iving.Pluto tried to kill Serena,Darien,and Mina!But luckily,Rini was there.
Setsuna may seem cold and unforgiving,but she too has a soft spot.Especially for Rini.Pluto was also assigned the duty of being Rini's Gaurdian.Pluto has a very strong affection for Rini.She's almost like a second mother to her.Rini affectionatly calls Pluto Luna-P or Puu in Japanese.Due to her duties as the Gaurdian of Time,Setsuna cannot be around Rini all the time,so when Rini needs advice,words of comfort,or just wants to see Pluto she presses the nose on her Luna Sphere and Pluto appears in one of the eyes.In the episode,Secret of the Luna Sphere,Sailor Pluto appeared to the scouts when Rini was being tortured in her dreams.
In the S season of Sailor Moon,Sailor Pluto arrives on Earth to help the scouts find the three Talismans that are in three pure hearts.The first two were found to be in the hearts of Haruka(Sailor Uranus)and Michiru (Sailor Neptune),but the third was found to be in Setsuna herself.Setsuna's talisman was the Garnet Orb. She sacrificed her life to remove the talisman but her heart was restored A.S.A.P.The three talismans were joined together to form the Holy Grail. If it were to be in the hands of the true Messiah,the universe would be in peace for eternity.If the Grail fell into the hands of Evil,the universe would be plunged into the 'Silence',or the end of the universe.
So yeah! Pluto could very well be the coolest, not to mention the most powerfull of all the Sailor Senshi!She gets 5 of my energy orbs! (mostly because she's my sign! ^_^ GO PLUTO!!!!!!!

This isn't really an attack, more of a technique. Pluto uses this technique to...well...STOP TIME!!! Pretty self-explanitory. Although this power is forbidden to use and results in her own death, Pluto uses it once to save the other soldiers. Uranus, Neptune and Pluto are in a helicopter trying to get to Mistress 9's head quarters. The helicopter was then attacked by Diamon's and the helicopter explodes. Uranus and Neptune open their eyes and find themselves sitting in a frozen explosion! Pluto is seen floating in the air holding up the time staff with light eminating from an unknown source. She then teleports them to safety and the explosion resumes after they're gone with Pluto inside. She's brought back though.
