Pikehan Pikehan is incredibley strong. He is a man from another planet that Gokou faces in the afterlife budokai. Pikehan is strong enough to take Cell out in one kick. PERFECT CELL IN ONE KICK. He also appears in Movie 13, but doesn't have a very significant role. He tries to free Enma Daio from the bubble stuff cause by Janenba. At the end he stalls Janenba for a short time, giving Gokou and Vegeta enough time to fuse. |
