As good a series as DBZ is, it still has various flaws such as gaping plot holes... especially in the TV series. In this section, I will try to list as many of those plot holes as I can find. If you manage to find one that I haven't mentioned yet, please feel free to let me know! This section will only contain plot holes from DBZ, for now. So don't expect to see any plot holes from DB or DBGT. Also, since the DBZ movies aren't actually a part of the series, they won't be included either. 1. This is a famous one: The "5 minutes" on Planet Namek. Freeze claims that the planet will explode in 5 minutes, yet that 5 minutes is somehow spread out into episodes after episodes. This one actually got really annoying, in my point of view! 2. When Trunks first talks to Gokou about the future, he mentions that the Androids in his future are named #19 and #20. So that would mean that the #17 and #18 that we know in the regular timeline are actually #19 and #20 in the future. But that can't be right since Cell, who is from the future, calls them #18 and #19, and after that one conversation, Trunks always called them #18 and #19, like in his various flashbacks. (well, a flash-forward, actually.) 3. Gokou's heart disease was supposedly picked up on the Planet Yardratto, where he stayed for an year after the fight against Freeza. If that's true, that means that the disease that killed Gokou doesn't exist on Earth! And that means noone else on Earth got it, since Gokou apparantly didn't spread the disease to anyone else. (After all, Gohan, Chichi, nor Gyuumaoh got the disease.) So, the question is, how in the world was a cure for the disease created?? If noone else got sick from it, docters and scientists wouldn't find out about it, and that in turn means they won't work on a cure for it. So how did Trunks get that cure for Gokou?!? 3. Another famous one: Cell can no longer regenerate if his "core", or his brain, is destroyed. He even said so himself. But when Gokou blew off Cell's head with the Full Power Shunkan-Idou (Teleport) Kamehameha, Cell somehow came right back. 4. Before teleporting away with the self-destructing Cell, Gokou talked for about 15 seconds to his friends and Gohan. Now, in that 15 seconds, couldn't he have teleported with Cell's to Kaioh-sama's planet, and teleport back with Kaioh-sama, Bubbles, and Gregory?? 5. Apparantly, the only person that ever mastered the Kaiohken is Gokou. But then look at all those master martial artists at Dai-Kaioh-sama's planet! And some of them are actually familiar with our Kaioh-sama! So, with strong people like Paikuuhan there, shouldn't one of them have been able to master the Kaiohken??
