Android #16
Android #16 is another creation by Dr. Gero. When Dr. Gero awakened Android #17 & #18 they turned on him and tried to awaken Android #16. Dr. Gero tried to stop them because he said that #16 was not complete and could be dangerous. The androids ignored him and destroyed Dr. Gero when he tried to stop them. When they awakened #16 he said barely anything. When he did say anything it was about Goku. His mission was to kill Goku. Later on the androids find Cell and learn about how Cell wants to become perfect. #16 falls in love with the Earth and decided he doesnt want to be evil at all. He helps in the battle against Cell but after Cell goes into his 2nd transformation #16 got his butt whooped.
