Android #17
Android #17 is one of Dr. Gero's most powerful androids. He has the apperence of a young teen boy and thats about how he acts. He like to play childish games and to waste time. When #16 told #17 that someone was stronger than him, he didnt want to believe it. When he arrived at Master Roshi's Place (looking for Goku) Piccolo arrived and they started to battle only to be stopped by Cell. Cell consumed #17 to go through his second transformation.
