Android #19
Android #19 is a fat, screechy voiced character that hangs out with Android #20. He is equiped with a very technical Scanner/Radar and a some kind of Energy Drainer on his hand. When he first fights Goku he really get his butt kicked but when Goku's heart problem starts to act up #19 has the upper hand and drains Goku almost completely of his energy. Just before Goku was about to die Vegeta steps in and defeats Android #19 very easily.
