Mr. (Hercule) Satan
Hercule is first seen during the Cell Games. The world believes he is the only hope for the worlds safety. They send him to fight cell. He is easily defeated and Gohan ends up defeating Cell in the end. After Earth is back at peace Hercule tells everyone that he was the one who saved the world and all the people still see him as the world champion. He ends up having a daughter named Videl. Videl marries Gohan towards the end of the DBZ series. After Hercule got all the credit for destroying Cell his city was renamed after him, "Satan City." Throughout the DBZ series he is really a pest and takes the credit for pretty much everything when trully he is a big wimp.
