Leutienant Noin is true to Zechs, you might even say she has something for him... As an instructer at a Victoria base, she encounters the young Wufei. Of course his first reaction to her being a woman isn't a very nice one. Her reaction to him being "just a kid" is startled. She later rescues Relena and befriends the other gundam pilots as well.

Her loyalty to Trieze and Zechs is astounding, even when she leaves OZ she still has that special bond with Zechs. She eventually meets the others and once saves Sally Po. Like many of the friends of the gundam pilots, she has faith in Heero, and she knows as well as any other the interest Relena has in him.
