To Say Goodbye
A lone figure watches
As two lovers embrace
She runs away softly
Without saying goodbye
Our lone figure flees
Through the woods with a sob
Tears running down gently
Embraced by the darkness
The man of the kiss
Pulls away sharply
Glancing the figure
As she fades in the night
The figure falls
To her hands and her knees
She lifts her head high
And prays to the moon
"O please hear my call
I summon thee know
For strength and my power
To retire in my tomb"
The man watches gravely
As she's surrounded by light
Then she lowers her gaze
And there eyes meet
Then the gaze becomes broken
As she runs to her tomb
He can't let her leave
Without saying goodbye
She enters a cave
It is dark and cold feeling
But she knows in her heart
That she must procced forward
She sees her lone grave
Just as she left it
And crawls into the velvet
Closes her eyes
Our figure's been cursed
She's no longer alive
Her eighteenth year alone
She needed true love to stay
A shout rouses her
Its the man from the kiss
He tells her he loves her
But it is too late
He reaches to touch her
But all's there is air
On his kness he weeps
Of love that was ne're to be
The tears of his sorrow
Fall to the cold ground
And they mingle with hers
As he says his goodbye
