Meiou Setsuna / Sailor Pluto

Meiou Setsuna is the name of the guardian of time. Although she does appear in the R series in the NA version, she only appears in Sailor form, and she never is really given a name other that Sailor Pluto. She is a very blunt and logical girl, so she often seems cold and insensitive. She has a tendency to shroud herself in mystery, liking better to hide than to reveal herself. Although she is quiet and soft spoken, she can be brash in a confrontation. Setsuna only likes to reveal herself in desperate situations, so it's a cincher that something's wrong if she appears. However, she is the one true friend of Chibi-Usa, who calls her Pu. She also communicated with Chibi-Usa via Luna-P when Chibi-Usa was in the past.
 
 
 

Like I said before, Meiou Setsuna is also the Sailor Senshi Guardian of Time, Sailor Pluto. As Sailor Pluto, she was never reincarnated like the rest of the Senshi, so she's pretty darn old. She's also the wisest, for she's seen everything from the past and future. Pluto is also probably one of the most powerful Senshi, since she holds access to the Gate of Time. It's with her help that the Sailor Senshi finally discover the Holy Grail. Her heart crystal is the third talisman, which sits on the top of her staff, which is actually the Time Key. The three talismans, once put together, form the Grail, which turns Sailor Moon into SuperSailor Moon. Pluto's attacks include Dead Scream, which is a really powerful attack signaled only by a low whisper. It resembles a purple World Shaking attack, but is much stronger. She also has a forbidden attack that seals the gates of time, but she is not allowed to ever use it.
