Fushigi Yuugi (The Mysterious Play) is Yuu Watase's extremely popular Shojo Manga series. The story centers around Miaka Yuki, a junior highschool girl who gets drawn into an ancient chinese book. She soon becomes entangled in the story and the lives' of it's characters. Fushigi Yuugi has also been made into an Anime TV series (four seasons!) and two additional OVA series.
