The Pokemon League tournaments will begin on Saturday, June 3rd. But the lists of pairs battling will be posted on the 1st of June, which is a Saturday. Please check the lists on the Thursday to see when you are battling. Since there are different timezones for trainers, unless you want to battle at one in the morning you will have to battle against other people in timezones suitable. The matches will last as long as everyone gets a chance to battle. For more info about the actual battling, see the sites in the previous page.
