All Sayins can change into an Ape. When they change there power level doubles but mp stays the same. Also when a sayin goes ape they attack 1 time a turn cause they are slowed down. to become an ape the move moon blast must be used! If you dont want to become a ape a someone uses moon blast you can cut off you tail it will grow back in a week!
