not much is known about the mysterious enigma called Chiyo Rei. Her Family was taken away from her when she was only 10 years old. They were captured and possibly killed by slayers. She remains in search for her parents or any remains of them. Her parents were full blood vampires, making her a very strong and very deadly temptress. She lives having a unique attitude towards life and how to live it. Her quote being "Why do you cling to life when you know you cant live forever?" She has had a hard life and had to learn everything on her own to survive and escape the slayers and hunters, until upon meeting her new mentor, Tiger Eyes. Tiger Eyes encountered Chiyo Rei as she was fighting off slayers. Tiger joined the battle and helped defeat them. It turned out they were both heading in the same direction...no where. Rei sided with Tiger and asked to be Tiger's apprentice.

As a result of being on her own for so long she has become a dangerous killer. She has learned a lot over the years and she's not going to stop anytime soon. But Despite that fact Chiyo has made allies along the way. She is a loyal friend and always stays true to her words and will never put her friends in danger because of her mistakes.
