Have you ever noticed that a lot of the best anime villans are pyros? Well, they are. Just think. When you think of FIRE and EVIL...who pops into your mind?...and no guessing satan. Anime chars only. There are two major pyro villains in anime, therefore you either guessed SHISHIO or DILANDAU...maybe Hono if you're creative. Ok, we'll add Tasuki as well, even though he's not really that evil. Well, technically....but We'll leave that alone for those of you who haven't seen the second OVA yet.
