This is one of the best anime movies ever made. Many people won't be able to see this movie due to violent content and nudety. Even due to that this movie is about Akira a test project that almost destroyed Tyoko. The movie takes place after WW3. A biker named Tesoro crashes and is brought in by the military. He gains power after they try to make another Akira. His Friend Kanada tries to save him. This movie gets a 10 because it is just great.
