How To Fight And Ref

First of all don't argue with the ref unless he does something really stupid. But if they do something stupid like cheat for a friend email me(Jauka). When you start a fight the ref will ask you for your stats. You send him PL,St,Sp,INT,HP, and your items through private chat. If you have any henchmen you must say so in public chat. *NOTE* While fighting at some point in time you will have more or less dodges than the ref says you have put don't argue to much because at some point in time people's computers lag and they get your dodges or blocks a little slower than you type them. OK now back to the Fighting. After you send your stats to the ref he will tell you whose goes first he tells that by who has the highest INT. Ok while in a fight these are what your stats do.
PL: how strong you are tells how much damage your attacks take off and how much damage you take.
ST: how long before you last until you run out of ki ex. if you had 330 ST and you used Kamehameha the ref would write down 330-10 to get 320. IF YOU ARE THE REF YOU MUST SUBTRACT STAMINA
SP: This tells if you can dodge or not. If your speed is 500 higher than your opponent you can get 1 extra counter. If it was 1,000 that would be 2 and so on.
INT: who goes first in a fight
HP: how much energy you have before you loose
Now that that is finished this is how you attack in a fight. If you go first you go_________(your move) + any items that you have either offensive or defensive. Now for the defensive. After you have went you will be on defensive. So the other person goes. Then there is a countdown. During the countdown you have to type in dodge or block as fast as you can. NO CUTTING AND PASTING if you are caught cutting and pasting there will be a punishment. If you are caught once you get a warning if you are caught twice you loose you next offensive turn if you are caught a third time you will lose the match and if you are caught 4 times you will be BOOTED from the RPG. Now back to the countdown. This is how it should look.

So you got in 4 dodges or blocks then the ref will say how much damage the move took off. The more dodges or blocks you have the less damage the move takes off. YOU CANNOT DO THIS WHEN YOU ARE DODGING OR BLOCKING

That is an auto fatal. Another way to get an auto fatal is if you type in dodge or block before the countdown starts. Also on defensive you can do a counter. A counter is when a person does a move at you then you do a move at them. YOU ONLY CAN USE ONE (1) COUNTER A MATCH.

That is all you have to do for a counter. During anytime in a match you can ask for an HP check. Then the ref MUST tell you in public chat everyone's HP and Stamina. If you win a fight you and the ref must email me(Jauka) with who won what items you used and who you fought.

That was how to fight now this is how to ref. FIRST OF ALL EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO REF. Ok when you are a ref make sure you have pencil and paper ready before you ask the opponents to send their stats. When you have pencil and paper ready you ask them for there stats. After a short while they will send them to you in private chat. Write them down and have room to subtract HP and Stamina. After you write down there stats and items ask them if they have any henchmen if they do tell them to send them to you in PUBLIC chat. They should send Name, PL, ST, SP, INT, HP, and items. After all of that you should be ready to start the fight. At that time look at the stats and tell the person with the highest INT to go first. After they do there move you start a countdown. You type in 5...4...3...2...1 not to fast and not to slow. After that you count all the dodges or blocks you see above 1 and below 5. If you see a dodge or block above 5 it is an auto fatal. After you count the dodges/blocks tell how many there were and what kind of hit it was.

For 0 dodges/blocks it is an FATAL
For 1-3 dodges/blocks it is an CRIT
For 4-6 dodges/blocks it is an FAIR
FOR 7 dodoges/blocks it is DODGED or BLOCKED

FOR THE DAMAGE PART WE ARE GONNA SAY SOMEONE WITH A PL OF 50,000 IS ATTACKING SOMEONE WITH A PL OF 10,000!

FATAL takes off alot of damage but not all. 350-400 HP
CRIT takes off alot but less than FATAL 225-300
FAIR takes off some HP 150-200
DODGED/BLOCKED takes off 0 HP 0-0

NOW LETS SAY A PERSON WITH A PL OF 250,000 WAS ATTACKING SOMEONE WITH A PL 10,000

FATAL 500-650
CRIT 425-550
FAIR 325-375
DODGED/BLOCKED 0-0

HOW ABOUT A PERSON WITH A PL OF 800,000 WAS ATTACKING SOMEONE WITH A PL OF 10,000

FATAL 1500-2000
CRIT 1000-1250
FAIR 850-950
DODGED/BLOCKED 0-0

All of the following were based on the attack Chou-Kamehameha of course weaker moves will take off lesser and stronger moves will take off more. But the ref says how much damage it takes off. When a person does a counter they have to get it in just like a dodge or block. After you tell how much damage the other person's move to the person who used the counter you do a counter countdown just the same way you do a coutdown then it is the persons turn who did the counter. After a while a winner will appear. Then YOU and the WINNER must email me(Jauka) or Gohan who was fighting, who won, and what items were used!!! Also if a ref does not keep up with stamina he does not get paid but they MUST keep up with it in a tournament.
